This game is a bit more streamlined than ZX, and changes a couple of things about it, but it feels largely the same. The gameplay differs from the ability to transform into bosses, which at first is really cool, but ends up being super niche and not super useful. It’s theirwise this game is pretty good, if you liked ZX, you’ll like this game for sure. Also Bad Voice Acting bonus points.

I play this game all the time in my free time. People say it’s a Metroidvania, and they’re half right. It’s an open world, but it really isn’t a Metroidvania per say… regardless, I still really enjoy this game, with the gorgeous pixel art, to the amazing Freeform gameplay and the interesting expansions of the zero series combat into something slightly different. Also the Music is Above Top Tier. It’s that good

Strangely, this 4th game is the most beginner friendly of the games, which is weird since Mega Man Zero is the one of the Only mega man series where there is a chronological story, with this game being the final chapter of this story. It’s very much easy, and very fun, but it does make a few changes from zero 3 that make it not as good as zero 3. It feels as if these changes were made for the sake of changing the game, and being different. While these changes don’t make the game as good as 3, I still really enjoyed the final chapter of the Zero series.

Damn. This just may be my favorite mega man game. From the amazing combo system, the dynamic combat, amazing customization for Sattelite elves and parts, and even the stage design encouraging fast paced expert level play. It’s a game that caters to the hardcore of mega man players, but also is easy enough for other people to try it aswell. I love the design choice in everything. I highly recommend trying this game, and then doing a playthrough with an A Rank or higher for each stage to get the Fullest experience out of this game. I love it to death.

I liked this game more on my second playthrough of it. This is the game where Mega Man zero finds its footing, where there is a combos system, and it’s feels much much better than the original m. The forms system is also a really cool way to customize play styles. It’s a good game, and where the zero series starts to shine.

First Game syndrome. This game is really cool, but suffers fro ideas not fully explored, and a lot of grinding. It’s a good start, but it’s a bit too difficult and unforgiving especially with the Retry Child and Mission failure System (which I do not like.) there’s a lot of rough edges on this game, and it’s really isn’t perfect at all. But as a first step for the zero series, it isn’t an awful one. Difficulty Warning btw.
