This was my first Persona game and one of the first JRPGs I ever finished many years ago and I've tried to replay it many times over the years but I only now managed to finish it again, my first playthrough I played as the male mc and also missed a ton of content since this game has a ton of easy to miss content and that's how these game go on your first playthrough, this time I played as the female mc and used a guide to complete every social link and it was an incredible experience that made me fall in love with the game all over again. Absolutely incredible must-play JRPG in my book and I can now confidently once again say that this is one of my favorite JRPGs of all time.

After playing the pixel remasters of 1 and 2, I switched over to the 3d remake for 3 and it definitely had some flaws, it required a lot more grinding than 1 and 2 did for me, the very ungenerous save system cost me significant amounts of progress at some points and made the final boss terrifying since dying would have cost me an hour+ of progress, but overall I had a really good time and enjoyed the game a lot. I wish the job system had continued to be a thing regularly instead of just sporadically appearing since while it had flaws, it also had a ton of potential and along with the story and the music, was definitely the most memorable part of the game.

While definitely one of the weaker entries in the series, and victim of some less than stellar attempts at innovation, I still found FFII an enjoyable experience. Would be on par with FFI if not for the absurdly high random encounter rate bogging everything down but in spite of that I found the story and scope of the game very impressive, especially given when it came out.

I never ended up 'beating' the game but this game is fascinating to me as it perfectly captured the fascinating depth of the pick/ban phase of MOBAs and it's meta without the other stuff that comes with playing a MOBA. Unfortunately everything else is disappointing, the management aspects are extremely weak and really hold back what otherwise would be one of my favorite games of all time. Still a very cool unique experience that may be worth a shot if you like the strategy of MOBAs but don't like the rest.

Another masterpiece from Studio Élan and another one for the canon of incredible western VNs. Incredible characters, world, and story and just an all around amazing VN.

A simple but extremely well designed roguelite that is extremely fun in it's simple elegance. Definitely has some issue with difficulty smoothness as most of the episodes are extremely easy and a few are frustratingly hard but overall it's an excellent experience.

One of the most unique games I've ever played, the way the story plays out across the multiple endings is reminiscent of some of my favorite VNs and the characters and world building are absolutely incredible.

One of my favorite games of all time, the worldbuilding, narration, and music are all phenomenal and come together to create a really tight, enjoyable experience.

One of the best roguelites of all time, everything about it from the gameplay to the characters to the sound and voice acting are absolutely incredible. Another Supergiant masterpiece.

I set out to play all of the Final Fantasy games this year and came in with pretty low expectation for this one but it really impressed me. While the mechanics are simple, the game has a timeless elegance in its design that really held up for me and I enjoyed my time with it a lot.
