basically goty 2023. a fantastic experience that really blows my mind in every way possible. one of this game you "have to played in a lifetime"

P3 being one of my favorite games of all time, my expectations were extremely high.. and.. well.. i'm speechless.

Persona 3 is unique. The story is fantastic, going through several phases, leading the characters to ups and downs, but above all very human reactions, leading to arguments and disagreements.
They're not all powerful, and they're not fearless; just teenagers facing a destiny they never asked for.
Reload is really good for readapting such a beautiful story.

The game is wonderfully beautiful, the graphics are mind-blowing and the UI design never failed us, as atlus never disappoints.
The new additions are really cool, like the boy's social events, the study sessions for the exam or the nighttime activities at the dorm.
Some notable scenes are more inspired by the film versions than the original game, which i find really great (cause a lot of them are way better) and that will make you really emotional.

For the battle, the gameplay is... STUNNING
I didn't even know it was possible for a turn based RPG to have fights so enjoyable and satisfying. It will make you want to do 72hours of tartartus straight, which is also amazing : the redesign of tartarus is gorgeous, and the exploration side which could seem a little repetitive has disappeared.
The additions of theurgy and redesign of all-out-attack are also fantastic, making the fights way more lively.

The soundtrack which was already a classic is still kicking. I was skeptical with the leave of Yumi Kawamura, but Azumi Takahashi did a great job anyway (even if some soundtracks lack a little punch compared to the old ones). Lotus Juice are still just as good after all this time.

Basically, my expectations were high, but Reload met them.
Despite everything, Reload changes a few elements, whether it's the way certain dialogues turn out, or its atmosphere can be too colorful, and I think that it is nevertheless impossible to reproduce the very essence of the original.
But anyway i think it's a great way today to discover the magnificence of Persona 3 and its SEES, which for me is one of the best protagonist groups in a video game.

As someone who played the original game, I absolutely loved FF7 Remake and the way it expanded the story in every way.

Rebirth is an excellent game in itself. A unique adventure, rich in content and diversity, accompanied by sumptuous music. A unique group of characters that you will most likely become attached to.

All the arcs readapted in Rebirth were done masterfully, notably the entire part of Corel with Barret, and the entire revival of Gongaga and its chapter 9 (with finally some focus on Tifa!!!), which I particularly loved. I also loved Costal Del Sol, which I found super fun, and the Gold Saucer is absolutely incredible with its opening cinematic! But one of my favorite aspects of the game is the group synergy. I think for this one, Barret and Yuffie were my big favorites! Yuffie is a breath of fresh air that the game needed, and it's a pleasure to see her finally interact with everyone else. I found Barret particularly interesting and very moving for this opus. I also really enjoyed the treatment of Cait Sith, my favorite characters being Vincent and Tifa but I will come back to that later and the reason why I didn't mention them.

The gameplay is an improved version of the Remake, which is more or less enjoyable throughout the game, with a very nice feeling of progression. I was a little worried about how the open world was going to be handled, but overall it was pretty nice. Unfortunately some areas of the game are hell on earth, the map does not allow you to find your way, you sometimes waste a lot of time in a stupid way. The side quests are mixed, some are very interesting and even rich in lore, while others can be ignored. Chocobo travel is fun depending on the area you are in, with some of its features being very enjoyable, while others not at all.
The soundtrack was really surprising, with a lot of remixes of already existing songs, I can't wait to listen to it again.

The game also has a big mini-game aspect, which I honestly didn't particularly like, any more than in the Remake.
The Queen's Blood on the other hand was really a superb addition. I also really appreciated the possibility of playing scores on the piano.

And now let's talk about the storyline, which is the most important for me. It was honestly a dream for a large part of the game, from the first 10 minutes with the appearance of Zack, who made me hope for wonders!
I really had a lot of fun, although I didn't particularly like seeing Tifa so much in the background, knowing that this part was supposed to be focused on Aerith.
As said above, Barret and Yuffie really amazed me in this one, while Red and Cait Sith where really cool too.
Unfortunately I probably had too high expectations for Vincent, knowing full well that he wasn't playable.
I had a little trouble with his first appearance, but these various interactions (and in particular the excellent date of the Gold Saucer) made me forget about it. So I still really enjoyed it, expecting a lot from him and Cid for the next one!

In short everything was going well, everything was beautiful, wonderful, then came the last hours of games and the last two chapters.
And I'm disappointed.
I didn't understand the reason for all these sudden changes, whether it was the weird variation of Aerith's death, the skip of the City of the Ancients, the sudden disappearance of Biggs after having had so many interactions?? The weird way Cloud and Aerith have with each other? What about Zack? So many hopes, teases, interactions, communications, for so little?
And Cloud. I think this is the first time I didn't like Cloud. The reunion stuff had too much of an effect on him and I found him unrecognizable. Even though that's probably the goal, I didn't like it at all.
And Zack. I mean, so much waiting, for so little. I am really disappointed. After seeing the trailers, the cover, and his various appearances in the game, I expected a lot more.

But don't get me wrong. I absolutely loved the game for dozens of hours, enough to do all the side content. But this ending unfortunately did not please me, and I am even more disappointed to have this bitter aftertaste which taints the whole thing.
I really hope that Rebirth was a passage, a detour for the 3rd game, which I hope will continue to pay homage to the masterpiece that is Final Fantasy 7.

i was expecting something good, like really good, but certainly not THAT GOOD. Cyberpunk 2077 was and will always be a jewel for me despite the hard launch time. Really glad to see CD Projekt overcome this by giving us updates and contents.
Phantom Liberty itself is a fantastic expansion with a wonderful story and some of the hardest choices i had to make during my gaming career.
can't wait for what comes next!

This game is one-of-a-kind.

The game is old; the graphics, gameplay, everything looks and feels quite dated, even for its time. It's unique and certainly not the high-quality JRPG you're looking for. But... it is also the best game I've ever played.

The way this game tells its story is unique, and I thought it was fantastically well done. You may not be able to follow everything, have difficulty understanding everything that's going on, and that's okay; Nier is not just a game.

It's a universe told through books, novels, and many other things. Replicant is only a small part of this universe that is told to us in this game.
I loved absolutely everything about the game, its story, its universe of course, and more than anything its characters.
Yoko Taro knows very well how to make you feel uncomfortable, sad, irritated, pretty much every negative emotion.

The soundtrack is quite simply the best I've ever heard, and will reinforce all the big scenes, fights in the game and give a lively and heartbreaking atmosphere to many areas.

It's a game where good and evil don't really exist. It's just a matter of perspective. I found something there, in its atmosphere, in its story and its characters that I haven't found anywhere else.

If you liked this one, or if you come by after Automata, don't hesitate for a second to fully immerse yourself in the universe. It's something you won't regret.

The world of CP2077 is fantastic. The design, the immersion, the atmosphere, everything is breathtaking.
The world's living, and its characters too. I loved almost everything about this game, and that's why i decided to start it again with the 2.0 update.

AND I'M STILL LOVING EVERYTHING (even a little more now)
Uptade 2.0 is the game everyone was expecting. Skill-tree, driving, weapons, gameplay, basically every aspects of the game have improved.
It took a lot of time, but now everyone can fully enjoy the game. Don't hesitate to try the Phantom Liberty expansion, which is fantastic too.

Can't wait to dive in Night City again for whatever CDPR has in store for us !

really cool game. liked the building cult system and also soundtrack is good. artstyle's super cool too.
the roguelike gameplay sadly is a bit limited and quickly become repetitive.
would recommend if you love indie and building game tho'

très bon bien que diffère beaucoup des final fantasy qu'on a l'habitude de voir
des attentes probablement trop élevées néanmoins un titre qui reste marquant et convaincant

really great game, i remember my glorious warrior Demon King the Unkillable, he was a thief-warrior capable of stealing ennemie's weapons.
i miss you my boy rest in peace

i thought i liked women

Ada Wong is the woman of my life

PEAK VN SO FAR

The story is captivating, very pleasant and beautifuly well written. You won't get bored reading for hours.
The fact that there's less action is surprisingly pleasant, given the quality of the slice-of-life. We lose ourselves in the daily lives of the characters, much to our delight.

As I said above, the writing of both the story and the characters is a real pleasure; we feel all kinds of emotions throughout the chapters and, above all, become very attached to them.
The CG are magnificent, detailed and breathtaking, for the slice of life side as for the fights. You'll want to download all of them.
The action scenes of course are powerful, stunning and are all more incredible than the others, enhanced by a soundtrack that enchant every scenes, from the battles to everyone's daily life.

A game that I didn't expect much from and which amazed me at every point.
deserves all the attention in the world

For a first nasu experience, it was really something

This game is really good in a lot of points ; its dark atmosphere, the characters that will make you doubt and question everything. and also ARCUEID.
The CG are mostly wonderful, reinforced with a masterpiece soundtrack, which give atmosphere to many scenes, dialogues and combat.

still this game and it's characters absolutely terrified me
and some awful scenes still haven't managed to get out of my mind.

so go on and play it arcueid's waiting
