Spoiler Free Review!
I haven't finished this game yet, but my GOD is it absolutely amazing.
Right off the bat, you can immediately make those instant connections between Rain Code and another IP- Danganronpa. Rightfully so- not only was it created by the same creator, Kazutaka Kodaka, but it features music composed by the same composer, Masafumi Takada, and the overall art direction also appears to be the same. But who could forget another key aspect of Kodakas creations: a colorful, distorted world full of charming characters, cleverly written plotlines, and of course, plenty of fun murder cases to solve!
Like I said, I won't delve into spoiler territory too much. All I'll say is, if you're a fan of danganronpa, and/or someone who happens to be interested, please, PLEASE pick this game up or at the very least, watch a playthrough of it. The music is fantastic, the world-building is phenomenal, and of course, the gameplay is simply bound to drain plenty of fun-filled hours out of your life.
