Art direction and ost is my fav in the series so far but gameplay and map design make it so hard for the game overall to be a fav.

I did expect to like this but not to this length. I was crying by the end of it.

Would’ve been 5 stars if the ending wasn’t underwhelming but besides that it’s a phenomenal game. I adore the characters so much and how varied they are esp compared to other VN protags. I mean srsly how often do you get to see the perspective of a 36 year old mother? It stood out to me so much. The atmosphere and story was so good. I was scared but hooked. Incredible game. i hope the team gets to do more.

Not that bad if you pretend it’s a messed up sitcom. Carlos is the second funniest character in the series

God what a beautiful game. The big twist at the end hit me hard. i was sobbing my eyes at the end. it’s so tragic yet hopeful and perfect. i immediately wanted to replay it after finishing to catch every bit of foreshadowing. Uchikoshi is a mastermind when it comes to writing more personal self contained tragic stories.

While I enjoyed 999 better, this was still a phenomenal game. I loved most of the twists and characters. Dio is the funniest character in the series.

sometimes the demons win and i spend 60+ hours replaying this game just for Cyrus Albright. dear god they were cooking with him
