soundtracks with a notable amt of interpretations of classical songs/standards
"notable" meaning more than just campy stings like the scary bach one, and more than the one obligatory specific dvorak/debussy/satie that a million japanese games have. it should have at least more than two songs, just to play it safe, that qualify as "classical" or otherwise as a popular standard, stuff in the public domain.

added, thanks!! definitely do not remember as many examples as i hoped i would when making this lol
interesting playlist! i'll admit i'm not entirely sure about mixing classical and jazz within these lists, but that's absolutely your decision to make. i'll let you know if i think of any jazz examples, but i can't off the top of my head
may i link to this list on my list?

yeah sure! i basically just added jazz/pop standards to widen the scope a bit, less abt classical specifically and more about interpretations of other more famous compositions in general
it just occurred to me that drakengard samples a LOT of classical music, then cuts, distorts, and layers them so as to reflect the general feeling of instability and mania the game often invokes, if that counts
cant believe i didnt consider drakengard. might be stretching what could count as interpretation compared to the rest of these but its noteworthy enough that ill add it!
Fez is a big one
Mad Maestro lol
Would Echochrome count? Im actually not sure to what extent those tracks are fully original vs riffing on/incorporating classical compositions

semantics for semantics sake frankly: drakengard music isnt chopped and screwed. it has the chopped part, but not the screwed (its not slowed down). it'd be more accurate to call it a classical sound collage. maaaybe classical plunderphonics (iunno how those two genres differ really)
beat drakengard today and screen capped these then saw your list lol, hope this helps https://imgur.com/a/LX3m5zI
oh yeah also the fantasia segment of kh dream drop distance has a bunch of classical pieces in it
@fluffywhiffle does fez have more than just the chopin in the credits? havent played it so i wouldnt know if theres anything else
@pansydragoonsaga i think echochrome is all original, seems like tracks are not credited to anyone else other than the main composer
@guttertrash i genuinely dont know shit abt c&s i was just fuckin around calling it that lol

The Parodius games all have arrangements of classical music too
found a couple examples while doing research for my list! tetris on the nes/gb (they have different music) and lemmings. the latter is actually notable since it has a big band piece in it too: march of the mods by joe loss.
nes tetris only has two as far as i can tell (not even any korobeiniki tsk tsk) but ive added gb tetris n lemmings, thanks!
The Devil on G-String's entire OST consists of remixes of classical music
added it!
Planescape: Torment's music from Civic Festhall is basically Vivaldi's 'Concerto for 2 Oboes in D Minor, RV 535'
does planescape have more than that example? needs 3 at least to be on the list.
mellorine has a list of games with classical music in general that this would be a good suggestion for, even if its just the one track https://www.backloggd.com/u/mellorine/list/video-games-with-classical-music/
