Incredibly good improvement over the first game in every way except how it feels to get through each area. Gordos feel like an afterthought here, instead of something you get through to progress to new areas.

im so sorry to everyone i know who likes this game i really just cant enjoy it at all. genuinely its a miserable experience every time i try playing it.

Easily the best DMC. It gave us Nico, and to be honest even if the game was shit that would get it a lot of extra points.

As far as I can remember, this is the DMC game that took me the longest to get through.

It's hard to want to play a game when it's so consistently mid in every single aspect of it.

This game is so fucking close to being the best DMC game, but the endgame is an absolute slog until the third Vergil fight. And the Arkham fight can fucking BURN.

This game honestly hasn't aged too badly. But at the same time, if I wanna play DMC, I'm not going back to this game for that.

Associated with someone I REALLY hate, overall the least fun FF I've tried, and I couldn't care less about the cast. Yup, this game has all the worst things imaginable for me :D

This and Revenant Wings are the only good Final Fantasy games.

I traded this game in when I was 5 because the Blaze fight made me hate the game. I was an idiot.
