PS1 games working better with emulation overclocking

Many have capped framerate to 30 or even 25fps (hello Syphon Filter) and some other have totally uncapped framerate but run too fast to be playable.
The goal here is to list games that run with no problem at 60fps (and/or game that have capped 30fps but overall run better with overclocking)

fully playable with no problem at 60fps but need an 500% overclock because original framerate is SO BAD
framerate of this game made absolutely no sense.
I got pretty stable and playable 60fps in "championship mode" with 200% overclocking but run too fast/too slow on other game modes
