It's my favorite game ever made for a reason

Tied with Mania for best 2D Sonic

Best game on the 3DS because of its fun levels, witty writing, charming characters, and replayability

Godlike roster, literal thousands of hours of gameplay to be had, but has bad netcode. Still fun tho

The literal embodiment of my nostalgia. Tripping sucks but that's the worst I can say about it. It's Smash through and through.

I used to not like this one much but my god is competitive Melee amazing. I suck at it currently but I'm eager to get good

I used to like this one a lot but in terms of casual play, Brawl and Ultimate outclass it and in terms of competitive play every other smash game outclasses it in my eyes. The only thing it does better than any of the other Smash games is online play

It's definitely aged but it's a nice, quirky little starting title that I still find fun to go back to

I'm super biased because this game literally saved me from going into a full frontal depression but I don't care. This quirky little gem rocks. I think everyone should at least play this game once

I know a lot of people don't like this one and I won't lie and say this game doesn't have issues but my goodness man. Alrest is such a beautiful world to explore, the combat while confusing at first is satisfying once you get the hang of it, and the characters are great (except Azurda)

This game is infinitely re-playable to me and I never not have a good time playing it (except special stages but Sonic 3 fixes that issue for me)

As soon as I can get my hands back on my copy in storage I'm hopping back into the lab with my old team. This game is fun and while X Factor and a certain son of Sparda can make it not fun at points it's worth it in the end to me.

Established various tropes in side scrollers that helped that genre grow in so many ways. Is still fun 30+ years later

Kirby and godlike remakes just seem to go together well it seems
