i don't think anyone will ever make a bloodier game than this. half the time you can't even see what you're doing through all the particle effects

First Cut: Samurai Duel has custom modifiers for everything, including its blood, which can be increased to absolutely ludicrous degrees. It's a far slower paced game than most on this list, though.
