Jesus christ the last two boards are a complete maze! Never done this game before now, despite playing hours of it over the years.

Finished mean bean machine by a swimming pool in portugal. I do not want to play some of those fast puyo puyo levels for a long time now, lol

I never played this one. But its great! Its not exactly original, its just a remix of Turtles in Time in a lot of ways. But Turtles in Time is a great game. So more of anything similar is awesome.

I really like Splatoon, it feels really nintendo. They feel like characters that always existed. Deeply weird and Nintendo and very fun!

Oh my god. What a great idea for a game. Take the design, pace and principles of the new Doom games and combine it with a rhythm game and a bunch of guest vocalists for an exciting soundtrack to shoot monsters too. I thought this was great. Something new and fresh. Thats exciting af to me.

The Quarry was a great successor to Until Dawn. It doesnt reach the same heights but its still awesome. Made a couple of decisions that left to some unfortunate deaths. But was pretty smart about someothers. Really liked this game, feels like a quality full horror movie.

I do quick runs on this often. Especially with the NSO EX version making it a bit overpowered. Really like having all these games on the switch. I would like to try Tunic sometime soon

I played the new Origins version. The new animations are so nice! Honestly the game feels so much easier now in 16:9. I feel like I can see everything coming and plan my movements better.

This is probably my favourite Sonic game just because of the memories. My co op partner stumbling into Hidden Palace Zone blew my mind. I had only seen that stage in magazines. Didnt know they put it back in the game!!

with all endings achieved like an absolute psycho. This game is so good. One of the best NES games ever. Love all the routes and improvements they added to the formula. This is the one they based the Netflix show off.

The platforming console and handheld games really live in the shadows of the beatemups. But despite all the flaws here, it still holds fun and looks nice. Would rather just play a konami CastleVania though, no exciting game design here.

Ending made me cry again like it did fucking over 20 years ago lol. Excited to play Lunatea's Veil next and if im feeling quirky I will hunt out the GBA games.

We did Sonic & Knuckles ( my friend asTails very very helpful during Death Egg Zone.) Sonic Origins was overall a bit janky in places. But its just nice to have all these games in widescreen on current platforms. It was fun replaying these over the last weeks

I do quick runs of StarFox frequently. Its a fun a game. I still find that Mode 7 "3D" very endearing.

2022

Stray, I really enjoyed my time with it. It was pretty simple and a lot of it a cleverly disgused straight line. But I liked looking for the areas to jump to from the cats perspective. The game is rich of character and atmosphere and yes, I cried at a few points
