This was excellent. Really recaptured, reimagined the feeling of playing an original Zelda game. Lots of puzzles to solve and conquer and the user manual gimmick was an awesome way of passing on that information. Really the most childlike a game has made me feel in I dont know how long. Art style is simply beautiful. Also it is very very challenging! What a great game!

This is kind of interesting. The controls are beyond simple. Everyone is so over the top and busted the game becomes overall balanced. I have never been into the anime fighters. But I can see this one being a nice little niche and corner for those who love them to play in.

Okay, did not expect to love this. The gameplay is actively boring and the loop is mundane. But that just makes the story play out better! What a great tale about identity, class, work, life... And the repeating gameplay loop makes the story play out more empathetically than it might if it was simply just a straight up book or visual novel. I might right more thoughts about the themes here when I process it more.

Okay I got addicted to this. I am so happy to playing all these different types of games, there are so many fresh ideas around in these smaller titles. The art style and music really invokes CastleVania but the simple gameplay really shines. A fun light version of bullet hell and roguelike. Really fun. A finished all the cycles but I want to play more for fun.

Splatoon 3 looks incredible on the switch. Lots of improvements to make a game that looks, runs and plays great. The game hits a great balance between regular balanced Splatoon game and intergrading a lot of the weird challenges that were introduced in OctoExpansion. It does not reach the heights of Octo for me in terms of the single player. But it is still damn good.
Jesus christ the last two boards are a complete maze! Never done this game before now, despite playing hours of it over the years.
Finished mean bean machine by a swimming pool in portugal. I do not want to play some of those fast puyo puyo levels for a long time now, lol
1994
We did Sonic & Knuckles ( my friend asTails very very helpful during Death Egg Zone.) Sonic Origins was overall a bit janky in places. But its just nice to have all these games in widescreen on current platforms. It was fun replaying these over the last weeks
Used to play this a lot when it first came out. Played the new version recently with a friend. The music is still great, love the art and I always have fun playing beat em ups.

Oh my god. What a great idea for a game. Take the design, pace and principles of the new Doom games and combine it with a rhythm game and a bunch of guest vocalists for an exciting soundtrack to shoot monsters too. I thought this was great. Something new and fresh. Thats exciting af to me.

Okay, I liked Jak 2 quite a lot and this one as far as a PS2 game (though I suppose is to be expected from a Naughty Dog game) has such lovely animations, characters, acting etc... However, the game and the world, I dont know. It just didnt offer anything super new to me. I can see why people adore these games. They are a bit too goofy for me lol
I am surprised how much I loved this. The game keeps all the charm of the original and expands on it. Making the world seem more full. The characters more rounded. The graphics are amazing, the new combat fun with every character feeling distinct. Some areas are padded out to make the game longer (I dont need this at all)... But besides that this is great. The new arrangements and orchestration of the music is FUCKING KILLER. I am so excited for where the sequels go aswell after that crazy ending.

A fun werewolf style party game. If you get a good group this is great. And of course, objectively... the character designs and music are goofy and funny af.
The controls do hold it back. This stuff worked a lot better (in terms of IR.) with the Wii Remote. However I think this remake is great, the graphics are cool, it holds all the old charm with music and direction of voice acting. Finally have this one on home console to go alongside 2 and 3 for the Wii.

I really like the idea of this, the game show knockout style video game is a really fun idea. And this is very fun for a bit. I just hate how wobbly the physics is. I guess its part of the game but for me its just way too much
