my first resident evil game!! really fun and well-paced but it gets a little repetitive.

there's something about games like this that makes me feel so nostalgic

I’ll be honest, I hate most fighting games and only really got this game for Bridget, but it’s actually really fun! The charming characters really stand out and gameplay is pretty great. I’d like it if there was a proper story mode and just more single-player content in general, but I still definitely recommend checking this out!

This is the definitive version of Dead Rising 2 for me. I don’t really like what they did to franks character but the new gamemode, area, and the camera definitely make up for that.

gameplay is fun and i like combo weapons but the story kinda sucks

I love zombie media so so much and dead rising, to me, is THE zombie game. The gameplay, characters and story are just incredible, and it has one of my favorite villains in any fiction.

I play a lot of shorter games because I lack the commitment for a sprawling 200-hour experience, but the problem with playing lots of shorter games is that a lot of them feel shallow. Hello Charlotte does not have that problem, and instead fleshes out a beautiful world in the under 2 hours I spent playing it. Aside from the worldbuilding, the writing and art are incredible and the protagonists are genuinely memorable and interesting (again not something I usually expect from a short game). Overall this is definitely something you need to check out if you’re looking for a short, free game and I’m very excited to play the sequel.

A fun time with an interesting message behind it, although I feel like it lacks a bit of depth. I think if it was a bit more drawn-out and they fleshed the plot out more it would be an easy 10/10, but it’s still a cute game with a nice artstyle and surprisingly thought-provoking themes.

After playing this game months ago I haven’t been able to get it out of my head. The soundtrack and general ambience are unforgettable, the uncomfortable feeling I got playing this wouldn’t go away for hours after I finished.

this is a lot of fun. the limited villager ai makes conversations a little boring, but there is still just so much to do in this game.

This is a very charming game but around the halfway mark the gameplay loop gets really stale.

This is my personal favorite Pokémon game, the unique spin on the classic gameplay is a treat and I am so glad they made shiny hunting simpler and more accessible.

I’m not usually a fan of these compilation games or whatever they’re called but this had some nice variety!

On paper, splatoon sounds horrible. The control scheme is janky and the concept is strange. But this game works with these concepts and fleshes them out into an innovative game and a sprawling world that work perfectly on the janky system that was the Wii U. If Splatoon had released anywhere else I don’t think it would be as memorable, and while coming back to the first game from splat 2 or 3 is jarring this is still amazing to come back to today. Sadly I could never finish the story mode so I have no comments there, but either way this is an amazing stepping stone for the series that’s definitely worth checking out today.

Very cute platformer with unique characters and writing/comedy similar to undertale. Definitely a game I had a lot of fun with!
