My second souls-like game, and oh man did I love it. Frustratingly hard at times but that only led to the satisfaction of finally taking down a boss or getting through an area. My only two nitpicks is it could have better sound design and the first half of the game feels a lot better then the second half. But the first half is so good that you won't really mind, and will fully appreciate the game for what it is.

Simple, satisfying and fun. Combined with a cool ass art style this game was a joy to play that made hours feel like minutes.

The idea behind this game is very cool but could have been executed better. The main thing being that controls and some animations are a bit wonky. The atmosphere was well done though and the choices you had to make created some pretty tense situations.

Fun short game with some cool mechanics and a well done mysterious story. Very much an exploration game where you walk around look for clues to find out information about what is going on. The graphics were pretty spectacular making it so that the exploration was not a chore. All in all a surprisingly good game that I'm glad I played.

Gameplay was solid and blasting aliens was surprisingly satisfactory. The story was kinda take it or leave it and also pretty confusing for someone who knows nothing about the alien universe. NPCs could use some work, both with actually animating their mouths and also with more interesting dialogue. The UI was a bit confusing as well at the beginning, with time it got better as I learned what everything was.

If this game had a bigger budget to spend on better story, improving the NPCs, and cleaner UI; it would honestly be a really great game. As it is, it's fun to blast aliens with bullets and that's about it.

Things I liked about this game:
-The 2 characters were well thought out, likeable, and consistent. The witty interactions between them was both enjoyable and realistic.
-The interactive backstory before they plop you into the game was captivating. It evoked emotions of both lighthearted and deep happiness, along with a very well done under tone of sadness and despair. It really helped paint the kind of life Henry (the main character) has lived.

What I thought was lacking:
-The actual gameplay didn't really feel that rewarding to me. I was just running around trying to blitz through the game so I can just experience the story progression through the dialogue between the 2 characters.
-Traversing the world was sometimes difficult, often running into dead ends or ending up on the wrong path. Maybe a mini-map on the HUD would have been better so you don't have to stop sprinting to pull out the map and get your bearings. I do understand that that would take away from the realism though, but in my opinion, it would make the game better by making the adventuring more streamlined and seamless.

Overall I would say that the beginning backstory and the relationship between Henry and Delilah are the features that carry this game. The visuals and art style are also pretty good. But unfortunately, for me, the game lacks in all other areas.

A great sequel to a great game. Story was enticing, gameplay felt solid, and I enjoyed the freedom of being able to choose how I want to proceed. Something about the mechanics of this game that makes it an absolute blast to sneak around and figure your way through things.

This time I played as Emily in low chaos, and explored absolutely everything before completing the main objective. Next time I can go for Corvo and maybe go on a killing spree.

I like the immersion and realism this game has to offer. I really appreciated the environment and vibe this game gives off. The part I didn't enjoy was the fact that playing for an hour and a half, I spotted an enemy only once, and died about 35 times.

I justed wanted to be able to get a shot off on somebody. That's all I wanted. But as I traversed the map and tried to spot an enemy and do stuff with my team, I would just get shot. It was very infuriating when you spend so much time being careful looking around for the enemy, when in the end it didn't matter because you get shot and die anyway. At one point it felt like a platformer game where you keep dying and spam the respawn button.

The only way I can see not to die in this game is to pick the furthest corner of the map from enemy territory, lay down in tall grass, and then watch some youtube videos waiting for the game to be over.

A simple short puzzle platformer that works as intended. But nothing really noteworthy about it. It worked, I played it, but that's about it. Also the art style wasn't my favourite.

Fun little game. I remember using a bug to fly around, that's how I was able to get all the towers activated early on. Bowling to make large amounts of money was fun as well. Adventuring and exploring the map while fighting a plethora of different mobs, creatures and bosses was an enjoyable experience.

The shrines were a nice component of the game too. The only thing I didn't like was trying to find all the shrines and korok seeds. That felt too grindy for me considering how big the world is so I just searched up the locations.

Haven't finished it though, I left it at the gates of Hyrule castle. It'll be the only thing I have left to finish when I eventually decide to come back and finish it.

This might have been the first game I ever played. It was so cool to me, but it's hard to rate it how many years later. I remember getting into the bakugan anime after I had first moved to Canada. What was probably the happiest day of my life, at that time (or maybe ever, do we have the happiest moments as children?), when my dad bought me a silver/grey nintendo DS lite. I bought this game with it, I remember it was from Costco too haha.

Good memories, wish I remembered more to accurately rate this game. All I remember from it was that sometimes in battle you would have to trace a circle very fast repeatedly, faster than your opponent to win. And I would absolutely obliterate the screen doing that with my little DS pen. Would have scratches and you could see the imprint of the circle on the screen. Good times.

Only played the free demo of this on steam. Not really a fan of this genre, but an ok game. Not something I would really ever consider playing again.

A cathartic experience in a vibrant environment. Nails the role playing aspect on the head. I stopped playing 8 hours in because of my short attention span for games, but will revisit once I finish reading the books and maybe after playing the first two witcher games.

I only finished ME1 before I got distracted, but from what I played in ME1, it was an incredible and unique experience. The story drew me in so much and made me invested in what was going on. It made me feel like a kid again, enjoying a sci-fi story unfolding before my very eyes based on my decisions. The first story rpg game I've played and one I definitely need to get back into playing.

I don't understand how someone can like this. But to each their own I guess. I didn't like anything about this game past the character customization at the beginning.
