If you like Infamous 2, you'll like this. It's a short yet entertaining "What if" chapter of Infamous 2. And it's the first Infamous game to date to feature flight as a superpower.

Yeahhhhh, I kinda wish I skipped this honestly, but it is what it is. I finished it in one sitting so it’s not much. Same stuff as 2, it’s fun the play, and the concept is semi interesting, but that’s all it’s really got going for it.

eu gosto de ser mau, isso me faz feliz

immensely disappointed that the vampire gimmick in this amounts to just flying and detective vision

Conteúdo perfeito pra fã, dlc divertida demais, história e todo o aspecto do jogo muito criativo. MUITO FODA!

رائعة لكن قصيرة جدًا

It's hard to care about non-canon content. Why should I play this over infamous 2? It sounds like the gameplay here is nearly identical.

The graphics are somewhat underwhelming for PS3 standards.

Better than infamous 2, still not as good as infamous 1.

Infamous: Festival of Blood sells itself as a vampire DLC of the second title. It becomes clear after some time that despite the silly theme and promising gimmick, this is just a creatively bankrupt entry in this franchise.

To make it clear, Festival of Blood is the same game as Infamous 2, just with vampires. You can still do lightning attacks, but you can also become a swarm of bats. There are no karma missions and karma points, but you can drink the blood of every NPC of the game.

Seemingly, this sounds fun but the overall structure of the DLC just has this unfun and kind of frustrating approach. First off, you need blood for your flying ability, but you have a blood meter, which is restricted at the start. The more blood you have, the longer you can fly. Simple, yet annoying.
A cool idea ruined by the fact, that the devs still try to force progression systems into the DLC, despite knowing that people who are going to play this will probably be the same players who finished Infamous 2.

You do not want to get upgrades, you do not want the
same mundane missions that were in 2, you want fun.
The negatives aside, if you want more Infamous 2, this is the game for you. Sadly, I did not wanted more Infamous 2.

Short but sweet. Surprisingly feature rich.

what if instead of electricity... it was bats

A really fun Halloween spooky story, I wish devs would do stuff like this more often

Chester Bennington becomes Playboi Carti

A fun premise with some cool new powers like flying as a swarm of bats. It's in the same spirit as Undead Nightmare but is held back a little by its short length and mundane plot. Still, it's a fun experience at a little over 2 or 3 hours.

final fight was lame, but other than that, a fun little experience

Not much to say. A fun little standalone romp and spin-off of Infamous 2 in a similar vein (is that a pun?) as Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare. Alters the map for an AU playthrough that's perfect for Halloween. If you liked Infamous 2, and you like vampires, you'll like this. I love how it brings some more atmosphere to Infamous 2 that I wanted (and as said in my Infamous 2 review). But Festival of Blood is short enough that you aren't going to get anything mind-blowing or extensive from it. It's a fun little time meant for Halloween, and that's perfectly fine.

Score: 82

DLC bem curtinha, dá pra zera-lo sem problemas em um dia, tem uma historinha ok e as habilidades novas são legais de usar.

A surprisingly entertaining spin-off to Infamous 2. There isn't much here apart from a cool aesthetic and some ability changes, but the charm of the setting, story, and characters, make it a fun bit of content to suplement the main game. Worth a shot for anybody who enjoys the franchise.

Dont remember much about this game, just know i played it.

Rough PS3 perfomance, but a fun stand alone DLC-esque title. Looking forward to the PS4 versions of inFamous.

A very thoroughly enjoyable stand-alone DLC that felt intriguing and fun while not being too hard. The writing is humorous and has a few good chuckles. Overall for a 2011 DLC I’d say it still holds up pretty well. Once your eyes adjust to the 30fps a bit it’s a good experience.

A stand alone DLC more for fans of the inFAMOUS games than someone who has never played it. This time around you're playing Cole as a vampire, you have access to some of his powers from the second game, as well as a few for his vampire form. Overall the DLC was enjoyable and worth playing if you're a fan of the other two games.

I like that the devs did something really out there for DLC. That being said, it gets really repetitive, really fast. The ending made me actually laugh out loud though, so there's that.

A spooky fun one off. A worthy addition to your Halloween games list.
