A expansão que mostra como o Legion foi um fracasso, descartar um personagem foi o maior tiro do pé do jogo principal

What the fuck? Why is this actually good??

Better than the main game, this is what the whole game should’ve been (except add some depth and stretch the story out)

The reason why I think this should’ve been the 3rd game is coz it links the first 2 together, it could’ve been a huge climactic moment for the series but Ubisoft was so busy with its “look at this amazing game where you can play as anyone in the world” that they just forgot about what works about watch dogs

This was really fun, just too short, I enjoyed the dynamic between Wrench and Aidan, and I love Wrench as a character so I was just glad to see him back. Gameplay wise it’s not much, it’s basically the same as it always is, less hacking tho which is strange. But both characters are fun to play as, and while the story is short I did enjoy my time with it

O vilão deixa um pouco a desejar mas fora isso jogar com o Aiden e o Wrench é bem divertido. Tem um bug que pode fazer suas teclas pararem de funcionar por um tempo o que aconteceu comigo no jogo base e na dlc várias vezes.

The only reason I bought WD: Legion is because a) it came with the complete edition of WD1 and b) it had bloodlines. I haven't spent a second in the main game, but bloodline is fantastic, and while I understand that Aiden's story was essentially concluded in 1, Watch Dogs 2 having nothing to do with him was disappointing because he's badass.

Back on topic though, bloodline is Watch Dogs: All Stars. You get to see grown-up Jackson, you get to play as Aiden, you get to play as Wrench and you get to see ALL THREE interact with each other. It's pretty nice. If you needed a little bit more WD1, here's it.

was tearing up through aidens ending a little ngl. really love how they handled both aiden and wrench here in a way that connects them and gives us a pretty end to aidens legacy

i do dislike how this plays out if you keep playing as him in the main story but i dunno about that really, i'd rather they keep this ending and risk that ig

only downside is jackson looks like a jackass

Great fan service, lasted a lot longer than I expected. Much better than the main campaign.
Its almost like the game is a lot more fun when the story follows actual characters and I don't have to play as joe shmuck from London.

Game was quite fun to play especially Wrench is back he is easily one of my fav video game characters of all time. Beaten all Fixer contracts and Resistance missions in about 10 hours.

maybe not really a 5 star experience but like. Look. wrench watchdogs is unfortunately one of my favorite characters ever and god damn if this dlc didn't give me a high quality feast of content, how can i give it anything less than 5 stars when it gave me the Canon Lore that he has an EX-HUSBAND named ZANE and his full real name is REGINALD BLECHMAN??? like that's the stupidest lamest shit ever and i love it how could i possibly give this dlc anything but the 5/5 it deserves

I can see people liking this a lot more than the main game, because it gives a character-focused story that is more traditional to what the series storytelling has been about. It exapnds the two fan-favourite characters, Aiden and Wrench, and while it is full of fan service, it is also a respectful depiction of the trials and ordeals of these two, especially Aiden. If someone said they consider this Watch Dogs 3, I wouldn't stop them.

ALL THE PIERCE AND WRENCH LORE GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Damn, as much as I back Legion this just goes to show how terrible the actual missions were. It's a game with a legitimately interesting gimmick, and a brilliantly designed world which feels so alive, but the actual missions (outside of some of the side stories) was just not that good. This, however, really brings it around. The improvements and additions to combat, the more linear structure of the missions, and on top of that all the hacking abilities from the main game, this honestly could be the best Watch Dogs game...
Wish it had a standalone release.

All the flaws of the main game but now they can introduce those flaws into the characters from the last two games! I think my favorite part had to be the dream sequence where you hack into Aiden Pearce's mind (yes I mean this literally) and theres an objective to get Aiden's phone, hat, and coat so you can bury them, and you also press E to "break the cycle" because naming the DLC "Bloodline" wasn't on the nose enough. Another one is when a character from the main game shows up and says "Is your privacy more important than protecting your family?" Yes! That's the message of the whole series idiot!

Refuse to review watch dogs legion, but watch dogs legion bloodline however was great. I wish this was the main story over whatever the hell the main story was.
Aiden and wrench working together is fantastic or maybe because they are actually two characters and not a random nobody like the main game they feel fantastic.
Aiden is epic, Wrench is Epic, and Jackson is almost epic.

melhor que o jogo original fodfase

WTF ACTUAL GOOD WRITING IN A UBISOFT GAME??? HUUUUUUUUH???? this is better than the actual game as well lol

Plusy: lepsza kampania niż w podstawce, konkluzja do historii Aidena, nowy dron
Minusy: duży recykling miejscówek, wydłużenie gry poprzez ponowne odblokowywanie perków

Basicamente o que deveria ter sido Watch Dogs 3

This is a cool fan service, but a rather weak banal story.

Fun DLC, was cool to see Aiden and Wrench again, hopefully this leads to a proper Watch Dogs 3!

This is what Watch Dogs Legion should've been in total. It has an actually engaging narrative and even though the characters are from older games I just cared about them. The play as anyone feature in the original game is cool but having a cast of characters just makes it that much more fun to play through.

characters and story are waaaay better than the base game

Better than the main game by a mile, but holy fuck the ending is so stupid. It involves Aiden fighting his conscious in a dream world, and Wrench learning for what seems like the second or third time that murder isn't the only option. If you buy the Watch Dogs season pass you can then go on to to use Aiden and Wrench in the main game of Legion. Aiden is so OP it's wild, and Wrench has a few strong uses but nowhere near as powerful as Aiden.

This just shows how embarassing Legion‘s main campaign was. The Watch_Dogs franchise is better off with defined characters that reappear in multiple installments and develop over the course of the games. This „one and done“ approach sucks, Legion was pretty bad, but for a story DLC it‘s incredible how much this revitalized my interest in the franchise.

Whoever is making the DLCs for the Watch Dogs series needs to be given control of the main games. Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect - it's still built on the frame of the base game, meaning the mission structure is mostly the same, it's still largely repetitive and slightly too easy. But the things this DLC does right are fascinating to me, because it feels like it's getting closer to the place Watch Dogs wanted to be when it all started - a focus on how ordinary citizens are affected by the actions of society's bigger players.

Aiden Pearce is still far from being a fun-loving guy, but watching him try to reckon with how his actions have affected his now-adult nephew Jackson is compelling, human drama. Jackson is the one who introduces Aiden to the questgivers in the DLC, and together they paint a much different picture of what "resistance" can look like. With a single protagonist (well, two) to focus this DLC around, the contrast between Aiden's gunslinging and the compassionate mutual aid focus of the questgivers is especially prominent.

The result here is a story that cares much more for its characters and the connections they make than anything in the base game, a work that is supposedly all about random people coming together. Every mission feels like a lesson for Aiden or Wrench about the value in connecting with other people and learning to help others in a way that doesnt involve murder. It's not flawless - the presence of the black market dealer is an especially strange inclusion - but I was surprised at the way in which this DLC seems genuinely compassionate at times in a way I didn't expect from a Ubisoft game. If they were willing to be a little more brave and decouple this story about the consequences violent vigilantism can have from the gameplay about how fun violent vigilantism can be, there's a possibility we could've had something special. That's asking for a lot, though, and I think asking Ubisoft for a game without combat that isn't explicitly made for kids may as well be a pipe dream.

I'm looking forward to finishing this (it's a lengthy one) and I'm hoping I don't have to come back and revise this due to the story shooting itself in the foot. I would love for this to be a send-off for Aiden (and for Wrench, who has concerned voicemails from Marcus about the fact that Wrench is putting himself at risk again). But I'm afraid that Ubisoft's status as a AAA developer will result in them clinging to these series mascots instead of giving them a graceful, dignified exit that they probably don't deserve.
