It's a worse Suidoken, with a bad English translation, a moron Main "Character," and snail-like gameplay (this is a turn-based JRPG btw). Wait for a hard sale if you're even interested at all (under $20)

Make sure you get the Steam version. It's should be super cheap (I got it for $1 and is worth about $10) and very fun for the short time that is needed to do a majority of the stuff here.

However, the rating for the android version is half a star; EA stole my copy several years back and injected it with ads.

Fuck that vehicle grenade mission. Characters kinda ass especially after what happens in gta5.

Way too grindy. Story is not that interesting either. The open world kinda sucked for what I saw (stopped with that random healer girl with me). Combat's fine though. Negotiation blows; Persona 5 is much better in that regard.

Gacha Bullshit. Don't even bother. It slows down immensely after ar20. Left after a week and a half and not only never coming back, but warning off everyone mentions the bull to me.

For most of the game, ff7r2 feels like more of the same, but drawn out from 35 to 90 hours. The new fighting styles are fun and when the story is actually retelling the og ff7, it's amazing. The exploration, on the other hand, feels like a bad Assassin's Creed game. With that, I would've given the game 4/5 stars....

However, the ending is so horrid that not only did I knock off a star and a half, I believe that it ruins ff7r (2020).

If you haven't gotten ff7r2 yet, wait a few years till ff7r3. Or at the very least, wait for a sale.

Too Open, too long with a bad gameplay loop. Just watch a story recap on YouTube and you'll see what is needed.

A good conversation simulator that's bogged down by the 5e DnD ruleset. Also too damm big.

Fantastic story bogged down the Open World format. Amazing graphics set the modern benchmark.

It's standard turn-based Yakuza with undercooked villains. The real draw is the continuing stories of Ichiban and Kazama.

Easily the best version of Persona 3. Tartarus no longer feels like a chore; the leveling is relatively fast. And the story is one of gaming's best.

Easily the worst of the series. The combat is bad and the story drags most of the time.

Playing a Platformer Battle Royale is some of the most fun I've ever had. However, with round vaulting, the "f2p" model and the start of creative, Fall Guys has fallen off.

Still fun though :)

Also the Switch version is nearly unplayable.

It was the 3rd best game of 2021 (behind ff14: endwalker and P5S).
