I need to gush, I was excited for this game from day 1 and it exceeded my expectations. It has an incredibly fun combat system, the job system brings something new to this style of game, every mechanic works great and when things click, you're a chaos killing machine.

The thing people will be surprised by is that the story is actually really good. Forget all the articles coming out saying "it's cringe and that's a good thing", no, this is actually, genuinely good. It's your standard Final Fantasy story, but Jack is such a weird wrench thrown into the mix for how absolutely dead set he is on killing Chaos that it manages to work perfectly. The party members bounce off him really well too, this feels like a group of people who are friends for this journey and have each others back.

And then the story kicks into high gear and hoooo boy, it gets good. I won't spoil anything, but I loved every moment of the last few missions of the game.

Definitely worth checking out, but at the same time, I realise this is a game that specifically hits me in what I love about games.

Just casually dropping one of the best written Sonic stories as an April Fools joke is the greatest April Fools joke I've ever fallen for.

God this game is a mess. Super short too. But it's a glorious short mess that oozes charm and with what is in the game you can tell the developers had a lot of love for this project. More time to add more content to the game and polish it would have made this game fantastic.

This is a great step in the right direction for progressing the franchise forward, but as this game stands currently, A LOT is left to be desired. You can very easily see how this games features could be implemented in a full mainline entry of Pokemon, and that's very exciting to think about.

This is the greatest 7/10 to ever exist.

I give it an 8/10

Wo Long has a really fun combat system with nothing in the game to really take advantage of it, and falls flat in every other aspect. Not a bad game by any means, best described as "mid". One of those games where you feel like you're going through the motions as you're playing it.

THEY PUT VERGIL AS A PLAYABLE CHARACTER, THEY MADE A PERFECT GAME EVEN BETTER.

I regret every life decision leading up to this game.

Remember when the devs said DMC was too anime? How about we make the DLC literally just a Bleach episode. Sound good? Good.

CHURCH BAD! DRAGONS GOOD! THE CHURCH IS BAD BECAUSE THEY WON'T LET YOU FUCK DRAGONS!

I'M GOING TO KILL PRAXIS!

This game is amazing, it's basically everything I could have asked for from a new Crash Bandicoot game in 2020. There's a couple of nitpicks I have, such as Aku Aku power ups not staying with you between levels and one scene in the game that made me groan, but they're minor issues in a very satisfying game.

The Japanese OST for this game is too good, too pure for this world.

Nothing says filler more than Re:Coded does, but the gameplay is a lot of fun and the mini games are cool. I'll always appreciate it for having Olympus Coliseum be a turn based battle system.

Sonic Riders is rad and is over looked by the community at large. It's sad that the Riders series is all downhill from here.
