It's gotta be the prettiest Tetris there ever was, with amazing music and always something to do. It caters to everyone who'd ever wat to play Tetris so perfectly across all skill levels, and even people who might not be into Tetris that much. The graphics, oh my god. You've had to have heard about them by now. It doesn't get any better. And the sound design is just...man, every game that has a focus on music should try to do this at some point. It's a must play, plain and simple.

Memes aside, it's better than Tetris. This game takes its two colors all the way to the god damn bank, adding music that feels straight from the 2000s clubs and modernizes it for an audience that likes QoL features. It's got everything you need to understand what Lumines is: the good, the great, and also puzzle mode. Even with me saying that, it's worth the 100% journey. Especially since it's the only one in the series I'll always say that for.

Block dropping puzzle game with great music. It's Lumines Remastered minus the remaster. Is it worse? Objectively. It's still worth a shot though, as if you check my review of Remastered, I put puzzle mode in a bad light. It's much better in this game.

It's Lumines with a soundtrack someone might actually recognize, and a damn good one at that too! Everything else feels off compared to the other games, and the gamemode based content is lacking. But it's still worth your time to at least play through Voyage mode and listen to all the beats you can manage.

Take the original Lumines, double the song count, and make it better in every way. That's what this is. It's the Puyo Puyo Tsu of the series, if you can understand me on that. This was also the first time the current incarnation of puzzle mode showed up though, so it's not a perfect time.

It's Lumines 2 with a more modern monetization system. Go read my review of Lumines 2, then add in the fact that all the skin packs are locked behind DLC purchases. There's more of them though, very close to triple digits in fact.

[Played on Android, not iOS.] They put a block dropping game on mobile and it went about as well as you expected. Come for the sweet original and Rez-inspired skins, stay because you have to play their respective packs 3 times to unlock them all. Ugh. It's still Lumines though, so sins can be forgiven.

Wasted Potential: The Lumines Game. Seriously, was porting CPU VS mode and making the engine not eat inputs that hard? The hell happened? Still Lumines, so it's good, but it's not a lot of it!

Brainrot/10. I have nothing more to add.

This is the Pokemon game I needed. I could never enjoy the mainline RPGs and the good side game content had been lacking since New Snap had released, but this. This is it. It's so different and refreshing that I stuck with the entire thing, and the game made sure it was worth my time. Would be a perfect five if Game Freak could get the graphics going in any capacity. I can look past it with a title as good as this but there's definitely issues.

I hate to say it, but legacy and community carries this game for me. There's only so long that can keep me going. It was definitely worth the hours I've put in though.

Definitely not my thing, but even beyond not being my thing it just felt more empty than its predecessor, and that's never a good thing. Didn't care for it.

I mean they took an amazing Mario game and then built another amazing Mario game on top of it. I've close to 100%ed SM3DW three times and it was fun 100% of the time. And while I didn't get nearly as much out of Bower's Fury, it did more than it needed to do and I mean that fully positively.

It isn't good. It's got every mark of a mobile game except for ads. But you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll return back to it every so often. God damn it.
