If you put aside slippery controls this game is a blast. Peak battle mode and most chaotic game in the best way possible,

Not the worst but def most overhyped. Battle mode is complete rubbish, items are unbalanced and the game looks so washed out. Track selection, roster and online evens it out though.

Underrated gem on N64. 60fps for a game in 98 is def impressive.

Nintendo peaked with this and haven't gotten remotely close since.
