Re DS3
Im a big time DS3 hater but its impossible to deny the quality of some boss encounters. DS2 simply has nothing matching Sulyvahn, Friede, Dragonslayer Armor, Lothric Twins, Nameless King, Gael and even when something like Dancer dips into a slightly more generic wavelength its still quite above Fume Knight or Sir Alonne. Its just an impossible comparison to me.

The souls-adacents are being ranked according to their closeness to the Souls genre, so Apotheon being low doesnt mean its not good, just that its probably the least adjacent. The souls-adjacent category in general is a very fast and loose inclusion just to try and cover my bases.
