It's a good horror mod, and really impressive for Xash3D. Its tense and the monster designs are really impressive, I dream about the knive woman constanly. But oh MAN do I laugh my ass off at Simon, I think I died more from his dialogue and interactions with Sophie than any creature, although I'll play again on hard and get back.

Counter-Strike single player missions, but they're actual missions? Nice!

Its 1.6 with a new-ish coat of paint I think? Its not bad but why does it exist? CS:S would come out the same year.
