100% it, was hard at the start but once you get the FLO and mechanics it's a good time!

I don't know what the hate is about? This expansion was decently fun and was honestly on par with Extraction. Maybe the story stuff going on in Extraction was more interesting but I liked the map design and pacing in this one.

Aged like milk... GTA is still finding it's ebb and flow at this time especially with this being the first 3D entry, they know generally what they want here but the pacing is just awful. Gameplay is unrefined and frustrating a lot of the time. My elevator pitch review for this game, GTA for people with severe ADHD.
