One of the best games you've ever played on your first playthrough but a bit more boring on subsequent ones. Might just be from my lack of experience with 3D platformers but the worlds were very exciting to explore on my first playthrough and it just felt like checking things off of a list after that. It was very unengaging. Soundtrack is weirdly not great.

I don't know if I'd call it a hidden gem but it's a pretty fun game if you like Mega Man. Nothing crazy but the enemy design here isn't half bad.

Game feel is very good for something this old. There's nothing stopping you from just camping the top of the map though.

Fun game, but I can only enjoy it so much from my general disliking of arcade-style games like this.

An arcade-style game that I enjoy despite hating arcade-style games. Extremely addictive.

A lot of people don't seem to like this one and maybe it's because I haven't played the other Wario Land games but I found it pretty fun. It's cool to see how they built a game around you just not being able to die.

Making every Smash fighter broken is pretty fun although something I wouldn't want to sink as much time into as Ultimate or something. Pretty cool mod though.

Not only does this game fix Thunderclouds, but it also adds 200cc and an even better game mode in Item Rain all while adding online connectivity to the game again. Hundreds of custom tracks too but I don't care for them much because most of them drag for too long, although there are a lot of tracks from older games in here. The best Mario Kart experience you'll get.

Pretty fun puzzle game. Not much to say.

Not my absolute favorite game out there but there is nothing to dislike here. The level design is really good and I love the addition of the harder levels behind an unlockable. Makes them not feel mandatory while also leaving the challenge open for those who want it.

The mechanics here are really fun. It's very short, but it's almost to the game's benefit since it would probably overstay its welcome otherwise.

I love the bite-sized levels and the extremely floaty and momentum-based physics. The game feels very unique from other platformers because of it and it definitely feels like a product of its time in a good way.

Really funny story and King Knight has a pretty interesting set of attacking options. Joustus is a fine enough side game even if I didn't end up sinking too much time into it.

Very likeable protagonist, very fun movement options, and all of the same polish Shovel of Hope had. Great way to bounce back after Plague of Shadows.

So it's just Shovel of Hope but with a new character that feels horrible to control thrown in levels not designed for him...hmm.
