At launch it was a strange beautiful melancholic trek in space and that sounds like something not for you it's a more traditional crafting game now on top of that. While I don't like it's new direction it's still one of the most interesting and atmospheric games ever made

See my previous Persona 3 review but add some more points because cutting out all the walking in favor for a more straightforward visual novel design lends itself really great to the franchise and offering another protagonist just makes this the best Persona experience you can get.

Maybe this was enjoyable on the gba but wow the card combat is awful and really drags the entire game down with it.

If you're going to play a KH play this one. It's earnest take on kinda just doing Star Wars is really good? Also it's combat and ability slot system is just really satisfying even if you have to play fortune street? It's weird but the peak of the series for sure

It's a really great open world rpg but expects your to bring a lot to the table and has a unsatisfying conclusion without it's final dlc

It's combat is fun and some of the writing is the best in the series. However some of the writing is also the worst in the series and it's far far too long for it's own good

A great puzzle game with a fun narrative with some neat twists and well designed characters.

A disappointing outing for Obsidian. Lackluster design in areas too large for their own good keeps combat or exploring from ever feeling great and it's commitment to centrism keeps it from saying anything meaningful outside of a few specific quests. I'd rate it lower if it weren't for half of it's party being well written

It tries to be smarter than Far Cry 3, perhaps not to it's benefit however.

A better compromised cyberpunk romp than some other notable modern titles

Persona 4 fumbles with it's own conservatism to ever really land the concepts it's playing with. However the demon fusing and dungeon crawling is as fun as Persona tends to offer

A fun and stellar looking game held back by it's own length and tedium in later sections

It's really really good until the last act

Archie Andrew's romp through the Star Wars universe feels great and has some good writing to boot. It's backtracking elements never quite feel that great though.
