Horrible sequel to DK ‘94 that loses all the charm and introduces awful level gimmicks that make it a complete frustrating slog to get through. Insane that they’re choosing to remake this cuz I refuse to believe anyone ever liked this game to begin with.

Somewhat entertaining for what it is and the fanservice and references present are really cool but they’re sadly not enough to save the gameplay from either being insanely tedious or boring as fuck at times

Edit: DO NOT go for the plat. Pretty sure I hate this game now

This game sucks, anyways have you heard of a great game titled Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling? Is pretty kino and you should play it 😃

I played up until the first boss fight and stopped out of sadness. At least most of the “bad” sonic games are funny in some way. This one is just painfully mediocre, which at times is the worst thing a game can be. Here’s a reminder to play Sonic Mania.

Fair warning in that I’m a pussy and used the rewind feature included in the Nintendo Switch version. Anyways this game rocks. Calling it a fair game may not be entirely accurate but I had tons of fun playing it. I recommend it, although personally I would recommend save states/a rewind feature even though some people may scoff at that notion.

They made Mario Party good again what the fuck

This happened at work today

One of, if not the most boring and uninspired games I have ever played. Sticker Star is most definitely an objectively worse game that I hate as well, but I hate this game slightly more mostly because it didn’t just help restructure one series identity into something else that I don’t like, but it also killed another series that just so happened to be one of my favorites. This honestly might be my least favorite game of all time.

wow they made trails good finally

this game has so so so many flaws but it has Pyra/Mythra from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 so it’s pretty decent all things considered

This is a game that I used to call my favorite game of all time as a child. Now? It’s alright. I loved both Galaxy 1 and 2 and my countless replays of both made me realize more and more things that were improved in the sequel. Probably the biggest complaint I can think of is that Galaxy 1’s level design doesn’t really blend well with Mario’s moveset. Mario is slower in the game, so it’s strange to me that certain levels are rather large and as a result, it’s kind of a slog to traverse. Regardless though it is a very quality game at its core that you should play (even if the sequel is better and one of the best games ever made)

I can see why people dislike it and I can see why people love it. Personally I just thought it was ok, I liked Joel and Ellie as characters but the beginning was rather boring and the gameplay was meh overall. Can’t really speak for the balance of it since I played on Survivor difficulty.
