RPGs with good combat
Most RPGs tend to have shit combat even though combat is 60% of what you do. At least these ones have some fun combat. Read their reviews for a better explanation. None of these have truly great combat, but they're far better than others within their genre or subgenre.

Not too many 3rd person shootahs with good shooting. ME3 might be the only one, combat is so fun that it carried its multiplayer component.
Far too little enemy variety in the base game. Bitterblack isle sort of fixes this but it is pure farming and the new enemies are only available on the island. Core mechanics are good though and the art style is great.
Combat is great, the game is too boring to keep playing if you don't have people to keep playing with.
Too easy to break, and far more build variety than most souls games.
I wouldn't consider Horizon an rpg but Sony does so meh. Monster combat is great, human combat sucks.
highly varied systemic combat that lasts far too long with each encounter. There are some dumb mechanics and rules, hope Baldur's Gate 3 is sorting this out.
I don't think there are too many action RPGs with party combat that is this good with defined characters. Hard mode is actually well thought out.
There is far too much combat in this game and its ability variety is fairly limited since everyone will almost always play a very similar character.
