When irritating aspects of modern gaming and the AAA industry bring you down, play good classics like this to create new memories and experiences. Truly a classic game that I'm glad to put the time, effort, and passion into for my full analysis and tribute. Special thanks go to David Hayter, Paul Eiding, Christopher Randolph, Tasia Valenza, and Greg Eagles for their Cameos!

Last year, I reviewed Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance as it was my stepping stone in getting into the Metal Gear series entirely. After that, I decided to cover the first two Metal Gear games on the MSX2 to see how they hold up now. I can say these are good entries to the series, a way to not forget where the series originally came from. Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake is my favorite out both of them for not only its setting, music, and how future events will play out, but also how Metal Gear Solid takes a lot from it and refines them. Definitely check out my full analysis on both games for more coverage!

This is the game that became my personal stepping stone for getting into my favorite video game series and I'm happy to see it hold up 10 years later. The high-octane action, the superb writing and humor, and the exquisite memes passed on to us. I made an entire hour long analysis going into further details. So do check it out! This is only the start of me covering the entire Metal Gear series!
