5/5 - a complete masterpiece in all regards. a piece of gaming that reinvents something about how i see the medium or perfects everything that it attempts to do and has no flaws.

4.5/5 - A stellar game that has minor flaws that isn't big of a deal just slight annoyance but has really good strong points, and is able to throughly engaga with the player through innovative mechanics and great elements with it to boot.

4/5 - A great game that has really good elements of game esign to it but often the weak points are really easy too see to the player when experiencing the game. But the good points often outweigh the bad parts

3.5/5 - they're good games but nothing special except it does great in some areas but falls flat with it throughout the majority game and replay value sucks because of it

3/5 - A average run of the mill game nothing unique about it

2.5 and below -m just games i really don't care about in all honesty and is riddled with flaws that make the game painful.

Xenogears is a story the goes into themes of psychoanalysis and Gnosticism and freudian principles of personality development concerning the character of Fei fong wong who's development is one that is wonderfully capitalised upon dynamics with characters like Grahf, Ramsus and Krelian 3 very good antagonists that fufill there role greatly across the grand scheme of Xenogears.

lemme take a look at just the main plot of Xenogears with just the plot of disc 1 and disc 2. Disc 1 starts off with the introduction of Fei fong wong an amnesiac in Lacan villlage that due to unfortunate events has to leave his village, this enables fei to go on a globe trotting adventure (going to cut this short) the entire game makes visiting each of the locations so unique as there's so many different cultures and history in each region like the desert region of Aveh and Kislev as each region is able to feel so incredibly distinct as class discrimination and different ideaologies regarding which citizens are worthy of luxurious treatent makes the world of xenogears so alive. The plot is something that is able to captivate the audience with every development of it's plot with twists and turns that i wasn't expecting with disc 2 being a complete brainrot with what it does with the story so many new thing that just add so mmuch onto the plot of disc 1 to say that Xenogears wasn't anything mindblowing is selling the game short in my eyes. but with the mindblowing positives there are shortcomings that come along with it as oh boy it feels really unfinished as the game atp really just wanted to tell the main story and flesh out Fei,Elly and Krelian as the gameplay rally just entirely felt like an after thought and really shoved in there and the side cast while i actually like all of them, they barely gotten screen time which really sucks cause character's like rico was a really nice introspctive into the racial mistreatments the demihumans were facing due to the laws instilled by the Aveh goverment and thus had to resorted to using physicaal strength to be able to rise through the prison ranks in Nortune. ( i don't find the amount of cutscenes a problem as i like Vns but i really would've loved more gameplay in the actually game )

AAnyways the entire realisation at the end of Xenogears tells e that i won't find anything like it as Xenogears is well Xenogears it separated itself from the pack and stands as an entirely unique story so bless you Takahashi hope you can pull off something as good as this and hopefully xenosaga can make me feel something simallar to what i felt in gears.

Trails in the Sky FC and SC were a great experience and a breath of fresh air when getting deeper into RPG’s this year, as even from my past experiences with Xenoblade and such Trails in the sky was an experience that had caught me captivated with it’s enthralling whimsical presentation within the first game which carries over to the 2nd game in the series. Many elements like the before mentioned aspects are some very considerable traits of the

Anyways hope you enjoy the review!

Trails in the Sky Fc had really shined through it’s presentation and Music ( Sophisticated Fight etc) really allow the player to resonate within the perspective of Estelle’s excitement of her first adventure as a junior bracer to explore to continent of country of liberal as it’s currently in the age of Orbal revolution which can be easily seen during visit to the state of Zeiss where it’s the main city state of orbal technology creation in liberl. Creations such as Airships and orbal cars ( seen later in Zero/Azure ) are employed throughout the land, and as the game’s progress we see newer technologies created. The ever evolving world from FC to azure is incredible as the player is shoved in an ever evolving world as we are shown to new technologies being introduced to us during the player’s adventure in Liberl. FC really helps the player get immersed into the world of trails through the inexperienced eyes of Estelle as she is constantly exposed to new experiences throughout the land of Liberl. The game is great at setting up the second half of the story within SC as we are constantly drip fed mysteries concerning Joshua's past which leads greatly into the main conflict of SC. The moments where the relationship of Estelle and joshua is focused upon is amazingly done and grown quite naturally throughout the course of the story, where they usually are developed over short seemingly insignificant moments where they end up bonding throughout the story, help develop the greatly established dynamic of Joshua and Estelle so greatly over the course of the game.

This game has honestly gave me new insights into what experimental media is and what it can be as the beginner's guide does everything that's offered in that type of genre it's. The use of meta narrative is perfectly integrated into the "level design" of each levels the game takes you too, as all of them contain some deeper meaning of the game's level's developer coda, as we see that each of the levels have some unique meaning that applies to the both the narrator and the creator. The effective characterisation of the levels just evolves and evolves turns into something quite wonderful.

You should definitely play the game as it's a short and wonderful experience as it uses every minute into developing something that's quite unique
