yeah i guess this technically counts as a video game but i don't think i'd trust anyone who puts this on their favorite games display

very fun and silly, channels a lot of that early adventure time energy, sometimes video games don't have to be super deep to be good

that said, the writing is a little weird considering what adventure time was actually like when this came out, like literally a few days after the farmworld episodes

aldark is so baller why the fuck does this game suck

5th Cell during their best years produced some fucking fantastic games, please check this one out if you can.

terraria is the ultimate "we thought this would be cool or funny so we just put it in" and they were right for it

when i first reviewed this game i was being kind of a dick about it because it was an easy target, but that sentiment has definitely changed a lot, and nowadays i feel like fall guys was always pretty fun and cute. it's kind of a shame that it went free to play, and i definitely don't blame mediatonic at all for it, it's pretty clear the game was struggling to draw new players in after like, season 2 (i definitely stopped playing it super often until free for all, which is something i definitely regret).

cuphead? mugman? are you insane, brian? these are just pieces of porcelain!

this has the energy of an old flash game, probably due to it basically being an expansion of a gamejam project

completely forgot that dr wily just randomly turns into a fucking alien for a little bit, good for him though

2021

combining yume nikki-esque exploration and mario 64 is a match that breaks my brain over its knee, i love this game

its not the deepest game in the world but it has some absolutely impeccable vibes. i can see why this had me so enraptured when i was younger

kinda shocked that more games havent just tried to do warioware, check this one out
