this game is EVERYTHING to me and I love it with all my heart. i cried. several times. i cried to fictional children being launched back into war for the second time, and my god CC2 made the stakes and story even more painful, with the thirst for revenge after Jihl seemingly kills Hanna, throwing Malt on the path of relentless revenge, the Belenos, the reason behind Jihl's anger, the whole situation with Cayenne and Vanilla, my GOD THIS GAME WAS AWESOME. gameplay wise, it's very simimar, although with some differences (mainly the managarm being available at all times), but in general the game knows how to maintain its difficulty as you progress and get closer to the end. Cannot wait for FUGA 3, and the finale of this Trilogy of Revenge.

outdated comedy aside, this game is pure, raw, unfiltered DS content. it reeks of early 2010's anime energy, and the world is so full of life and content. the story is also very good, lowkey made me cry several times

This is an extremely funny roguelike, that paints a satirical picture of internships and working at big corporates. The gameplay is a bit difficult to get into, but it ends up being highly satisfying to play with. Perks and abilities are as useful as they are wacky, and visually, this game has its own artstyle, that is reminiscent of the Memphis style used by companies, and always sticks to it !

the game is extremely good the first time you play it, and it beautifully messes with the 4th wall.
But what does the game does best ?
Make you like its characters.
the first time i played i literally couldn't bring myself to do the genocide route for over five months, because of the emotional attachment i had with these fictional beings, and breaking that happy end they all deserved just to slaughter them all felt like a crime de Lèse-Majesté.
Definitely a must-play if you like indie RPGs.

this is definitely an experience. the game is extremely bizarre, due to its nature : it takes place mostly inside someone's dreams. I like it, i like the manga a lot, but i literally can't play the game for too long or else i get a headache, and lord knows this game can be a little too "free roam" at times.
I'm not asking to be held by the hand by the game, but at least PLEASE give some tiny indications as to where i need to go instead of aimlessly wandering around "MSPaint corrupted file land" with a hand for a head or poop hair.

this game does NOT take itself seriously and oh GOD do i love it for that. it's goofy, and eccentric, the character design rubs my brain in the best way possible, and it is generally super appealing. definitely a must if you like crazy VNs with a good replayablity, lots of content, and even a built-in modtool !!! here are actual snippets of what i told myself while playing :

this game was there for me during a very troubling part of my life, and it has a lot of emotional value to it. speedrunning the game is fun, and the gameplay is hard to master, but satisfying once you do master it. fuck the golden strawberries, absolutely love everything else.
I love how this game completely sticks with its identity. It knows what it is, and it reeks of punk, emo, and street energy, and I love it. Its story is really nice to sit through, watching the cynical misanthrope Neku open up to the world and learn to trust the people he meets. The gameplay is difficult to get into, with multitasking both characters, but it doesn't stain this amazing game.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH. It's so cheerful and colorful, and the range of Lives you can play as allows for different gameplays and minigames, even if the four producing Lives' gameplays are reskinned. The story is a bit barebones, but the characters are very loveable, and the art direction is really cute ! I love this game so much, and I can't wait for Fantasy Life i to come !
