This is my very first Resident Evil game, and while I think that it's a pretty fun experience overall, the game itself has some major flaws.
It mostly suffers from pacing issues, and it feels like it doesn't know what it wants to be, it mixes action and horror in such a bizarre way, but it's not a good action game nor a good horror game either.

I absolutely adore the Eastern European/Gothic Horror setting with the vampires and the werewolves, it's excellent. Most areas are incredibly detailed, the atmosphere is disturbing, and the buildings look very beautiful.

I have to say, the gameplay mechanics are better than I expected, the game is fun to play, the guns feel and sound satisfying, and there is a good variety of tools to use.

Ι found most of the characters to be quite annoying, except from few of them that were lowkey entertaining, the Four Lords are overall intimidating and pretty much the highlight of the game.

The writing is very amateurish and straight up bad, there aren't any peaks in the story and it's very short, personally it took me around 8 hours to finish it, and I think some areas should have been expanded, especially the castle.

Lastly, the dialogue is very cheesy and sometimes the game takes itself too seriously for no reason, which hurts the overall tone, specifically in the second half of the story, there are some questionable moments that take away the immersion completely.

I really appreciate the effort that was put into the game though, the Dimitrescu Castle looks great, there are many areas to explore, the environment looks really nice, the village is cool and there are many things to do in it, decent amount of details here and there, I honestly enjoyed it a lot, it really is a well crafted game after all.

Final Rating: "Decent" ~ 6/10.

Hack 'n' Slash Paradise.
This game is honestly pretty enjoyable but there are several things holding it back.

First let's get the story out of the way, well it's very straightforward and generic, it doesn't have many highlights nor interesting plot twists, but it's not a very important part of the game.

The gameplay is great and aged well, the different combos, variety of weapons, special techniques and guns all feel satisfying.

There's also a decent amount of exploration, the levels are open and there's a lot of back-tracking.

I liked some boss fights but most of them are annoying because of the infuriating gimmicks and the weird camera.
Also the puzzles can be frustrating sometimes.

Overall I enjoyed it, it's genuinely fun to play, despite the fact that it's outdated in some aspects, this is definitely one of the best games in the series and worth checking out.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

An exciting and enjoyable little adventure, for what it is, it's pretty damn cool, but I expected it to be a bit bigger, especially for the first "next gen" game.

The story is decent but it's very short, and the characters are just okay, Miles is likeable but all the other characters are kind of uninteresting.

As for the gameplay, it's fantastic, even better than in the previous game. The new Venom abilities are very smooth and incredibly fun to use, and I liked the new gadgets.

But unfortunately, the Open World is repetitive, tedious and disappointing. There aren't many things to do in it either, so the best way to enjoy the game is to do a little bit of everything while mainly focusing on the story.

It's worth to mention the fact that the soundtrack is actually surprisingly great!

This game feels like a very well made expansion, for the most part it's very fun, but it's really short and can't stand on its own.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

The Lost Legacy is essentially just more Uncharted 4, it's something like a stand-alone expansion, and a great one at that.

Honestly, I am surprised, I enjoyed this more than I expected. Even though the gameplay is more of the same, there's less climbing, and the fact that the game is relatively short is mostly a positive.

The game rarely feels repetitive, every puzzle is different from each other, and there is also an open area in the middle of the game where you can explore, which was implemented very well.

As for Chloe and Nadine, they make a pretty nice duo, where's Chloe is likeable and a goofball, Nadine is the opposite, she's aggressive and pretty cool. I liked their chemistry and I think both characters work very well together.

And now for the negatives, the story isn't necessarily bad, it's just very generic and there are no stakes. Also, in my personal opinion, the biggest flaw the game has is that there are barely any highlights in it, almost no action except from the last chapter, which is a complete letdown considering how the action is literally the best part about this series.

Overall it's very solid, and for its size it's definitely worth checking out.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

This was my first experience with a Batman related videogame. In terms of gameplay it's satisfying, the gadgets are very useful, and the combat is pretty fun.

The world looks absolutely breathtaking, Gotham is a beauty, a dark, atmospheric and post apocalyptic vibe that fits the tone of the game perfectly. Exploring with the Batmobile or gliding from the buildings feels amazing, doing side activities and upgrading the skill tree, finding clues, getting to know the villains better and all that stuff, there are a lot of things to do in this game.

Now let's talk a little bit about the Batmobile. Personally I actually liked it for the most part, driving feels great, the issue is, the Batmobile is overused, and even though I really liked driving around and taking down enemy tanks and helicoptets, it got exhausting near the end, and the tank boss fights are extremely infuriating, specifically the stealth talk boss fight was an absolute pain.

The story is relatively simple with some interesting plot twist along the way, but the pacing... oh well... the pacing is atrocious, it's all over the place, random errands as I'm doing something very important, backtracking to an entire different location on the map just for something that doesn't add anything to the story... it's such a mess, I'm genuinely wondering what were they thinking.

At times I felt like I was doing chores, and some of the puzzles are very confusing, I didn't particularly enjoy them and I wish there was less stealth and just more action overall.

Lastly I wanna point out the fact that you can play with multiple characters in some missions, well that was actually a surprising addition, I liked it!

I really wanted to enjoy this game and to some extent I definitely did but there are some parts about it that could've been handled way better, it's not bad by any means, it's just not really the best way to end a trilogy.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

Football with cars? Count me in! So many tricks to do and ways to play, it's very easy to pick up and incredibly addictive!

Car customization is decent, you can make your car look pretty stylish, quite edgy, or very goofy.

I find the fact that the cars look like toys very charming, it gives the game its own personal art-style in a very creative way.

Final Rating: "Great" ~ 8/10.

The best racing simulator game I've played so far.
The feeling of driving a car is fantastic, and the car customization is really good.

I love the rewind option, you always have a second chance when you are about to crash instead of having to restart the entire race from the beginning.

The cars look awesome, there's a lot of detail to them, and it's worth to mention that the graphics are ahead of their time, this game looks phenomenal!

The only downside to it is that it can get monotonous after a while because it's focused on being a simulator and it doesn't have many arcade aspects.

I have to say though, this was my first racing simulator and I really enjoyed it, so that's an achievement in itself.

Final Rating: "Great" ~ 8/10.

This game is a blast.
I love the aesthetic, the "dirty" UI and the messy color scheme, it gives this game a very charming art-style in a different way.

As for the gameplay, it's chaotic as hell.
Unlocking cars feels rewarding and well-earned.

Also, there are many challenges and gamemodes to choose from, this game is very big, and the open world aspect is implemented very well.

I do wish there was a bigger variety in the side content and challenges, because it gets repetitive after a while.
Also I would've prefer if there was actual car customization, I think it would fit more with the game.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

A solid entry to the SoulCalibur series.
Similarly to the previous games, the story mode is unfortunately boring at best, but everything else is pretty great.

Gameplay-wise, it's fun and varied, the character roster is nice and the character designs are creative and cool.

Customization is top tier as always, there are so many things you can customize in your characters, it's easily one of the best parts of the game.

Also, the amount of content is satisfying, and the multiplayer is decent.

Personally I'm not really a fan of the fact that many characters are paid DLC, I wish there was a progression system where you can unlock characters, but oh well...
Overall I think this game is genuinely fun, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

This is my first Soul Calibur game, it's quite different in comparison to every other fighting game I've ever played.

The gameplay mechanics are very unique, the game feels slower paced and the movement is a little bit clunky, but overall it's enjoyable and it works well with the combat.

The music is nice, it has a medieval style to it and fits with the game's setting.

And the best thing about the game is the character customization, it's phenomenal! I love customizing characters and this game has so many options, you can pretty much customize your characters however you want.

Last but not least, the campaign is boring but I liked seeing new characters and unlocking them via the story mode.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

This is a celebration of Tekken.
Overall it's an enjoyable fighting game but very unbalanced.

The core gameplay is great but there are so many things that can break the game's rules. There are way too many unnecessary characters and the rage mechanic can be annoying to play against.

As for the content, there's a lot! Even if you don't want to play online, there are many gamemodes you can choose from.

Last but not least, the character customization is very varied and has many items to use.

A very fun fighting game albeit somewhat broken in some aspects, it really feels like an amusement park full of content.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

This is a very solid action packed sequel, with a surprisingly interesting campaign that gives you the possibility to make choices and alter some parts the story.

The gameplay is fast paced with some futuristic elements but also keeps some grounded elements from the past.

It also contains the best zombies mode in the series, the maps are iconic and expanded for the better, and the power-ups are rewarding.

Final Rating: "Very Good" ~ 7.5/10.

Rip & Tear until it is done!
DOOM Eternal is the pinnacle of the Single Player First Person Shooter genre in many ways.

The gameplay mechanics are flawless, everything works as intended, every single weapon serves its purpose very well and the skill tree is solid.

The soundtrack is fantastic and fits perfectly with the aggressive gameplay, which is expected.

It's worth to note that some areas look absolutely gorgeous!
The level design is very good, running around in the battlefield, slaying demons, parkouring and picking up unique power-ups never gets old.

However, in terms of gameplay I have one complain, I personally didn't enjoy the platforming, there's too much of it and most of the times it's completely unnecessary.

Also, the story is very bad, it's laughably pretentious, tries way too hard to make you feel cool and portrays Doom Slayer as a badass demon slayer in a... painfully awkward way, I think it would've been better if there was some subtlety.

My biggest criticism would be the repetitiveness and the quest design.
Every single mission felt like a fetch quest, and combined with some overpowered enemy types (specifically the Archvile), it made some parts of the game extremely frustrating.

All in all, this game feels like a blast from the past.
It's very arcadey and old school but modern at the same time and I liked that! Even though it gets repetitive at times, it's such a "videogame" in every sense of the word.

Final Rating: "Great" ~ 8/10.

Hands down my favorite Battle Royale game.

This game is very fun to play, every character plays differently, and they all have their own unique abilities. The heroes look exceptional, the character design is interesting, weapon design is pretty cool, and the graphics are surprisingly beautiful.

Lastly, the map is very large and there are many areas to explore. A lot of chaos happening in huge teamfights full of fast paced action.

One small problem, the different types of ammunition and the messy looting system can be obnoxious, but once you get used to it, it works fine.

Final Rating: "Great" ~ 8/10.

I honestly think this game is actually very fun, the gameplay mechanics are exceptional, the different types of ammunition and weapons make the gameplay feel fresh and rewarding, without ruining the pacing.

Story-wise it has some weak moments, but for most of the time it's pretty interesting, and it has some great moments.

Even though the game lacks some RPG elements, the characters are the highlight of the game.

The ending is definitely rushed, but it doesn't really ruin the story. I had a lot of fun playing this game and I totally recommend it.

Final Rating: "Very Good" ~ 7.5/10.
