Addicting, grotesque, tragic and funny. The binding of isaac is my favorite roguelike game currently out and it is a classic to the genre, it has been a six month long achievement hunt, the experience only tainted by a couple of factors: Delirium. Oh my god delirium, insane boss fight to complete, but being telefragged as a character with only 1 health will always feel cheap. Other than that the graphics in rebirth are a bit outdated but that is fixed by dlc content. The binding of isaac is one of the games i can keep playing even after getting all endings and still enjoy. To this day I’m discovering combinations i could’ve never imagined, and met with mostly fair challenges. Discovering the lore bit by bit with each ending is also heartbreaking, the characters in this game are incredibly broken people, but uhh. Game fun :)

Celeste is a mechanical wonder. It is by far my favorite platformer (Since I don’t think hollow knight counts as one). The story is alright, a tale definitely told before but the character dynamics are what makes you attached. A must play if you love challenging platformers (Absolutely HATE the jellyfish in the absolute finale part of the game though ohhh my god. its my fault though, play the game!)

Absolutely adorable, lovely little mix of genres. Only problems are some glitches and lack of flexibility in terms of the combat section, but I’m hoping this can be worked upon with the promised future content

Guy i played it with wrote a better review than i could so uhh just read his. But yeah this game is amazing, cool visuals, action and story. The developers add a new twist to the core gameplay mechanics each «chapter», making it always feel fresh in a way. Great game overrall

One of my favorite rpgs in terms of combat and mechanics overall. Story is also good and as a coop experience it’s a blast. I’ve finished this game twice and there was noticable differences in each playthrough based on some choices we made. Good times all around.

played a single round and felt my soul being drained out of my body.
The show Arcane that based itself on the lore of this game is stellar though, but that doesn’t make the game better.

Roblox is weird to me. Massively carried by the community but the creators of the platform clearly have no care for the safety of its younger players and developers, which is its main demographic. Reccommend watching the videos by People Make Games which professionally covers how malicious the company actually is.

For the game itself though I’ve enjoyed it from childhood to current time. There are some games that have genuine effort and soul put into them. Phantom Forces and Deepwoken are games of genuine quality which have been worked on for many years at this point. However, a lot of what you’ll find is trash aimed at getting kids to spend their parent’s money. Mostly play it with friends because we get to just try out free multiplayer games made by people, and sometimes we find gems hidden in the massive, massive pile of dirt.

Probably have some form of brainrot because of this game, only fun with friends but there are definitely better games of this style. (Cough cough, Project Winter.)

Uncanny childhood memories lol. I dont remember a lot about this game but it was never something that left an impact. Didnt take much to entertain me back then though.

friend and i shouting at each other over morse code and simon says. Stressful and fun coop experience. If you fail just imagine the room you’re in is under the Queen of England’s castle and you’ll never truly lose.

Most fun I’ve had with a platform fighter. Never touched the base game, modding community is what makes the game great for me.

Some good times. Cool to connect with the few chill people on there. Community has gotten a bit messy and i havent touched it in a while, but when I played it it felt like a place to just make friends and play some Ok games.

Beat the shit out of my grandad’s brother once. in the game, yep.

Cool introduction to the fighting game genre. Might’ve shot myself in the foot by choosing to main Zato-1 but he’s too cool to abandon now. Guilty Gear seems to be a well rounded series with great animation and effects, hard to compare the mechanics to other games when the only other traditional fighting game is a tiny bit of accent core, but it feels like an easy to learn hard to master sort of deal. Fun time with friends and enjoyable to both participate and watch when it comes to the competitive scene.
