it's insane how good this game is. i wrote a more full recommendation in my reviews, but seriously, if you like games like danganronpa, ace attorney, or zero escape, yttd is just like those but better. it also is reminiscent of rpgmaker horror games which i personally love and grew up on. this game definitely wrecked me emotionally and ruined my life and i would gladly go through it all over again.

one of those games that can never be replicated. it has one of the most unique styles of art and gameplay, and the most well-written story i've ever encountered in a game... ever. this game actually got me into sci-fi movies which i'd never been into before lol!!! it is such a one-of-a-kind experience. i have no words, just trust me and play it.

so damn fun. it's immersive and extremely replayable. i've sunk a ridiculous amount of hours into this game and still haven't unlocked everything. there are queer friendly dating mechanics (nonbinary, poly, bi, etc.) and deckbuilding is a major part of the gameplay. it's really unique and i haven't played anything else like it.

if you ever played recettear, potionomics is just like it but with added elements like crafting, dating sim, and deckbuilding. (i have a fondness for deckbuilding, apparently.) the story is funny and charming, and the love interests are sooo cute. the 3D disney art style might not be everyone's cup of tea but i honestly think it's refreshing to see, and despite the more western art style, you can tell the artists were inspired by anime like ohshc and little witch academia.

when it comes to hamtaro gba games most people have played ham-ham heartbreak (and if you haven't, please play it) but ham-ham games is the sleeper pick. it has a bunch of olympics themed mini-games and that's basically it. was obsessed w it as a kid. it is super cute and fun, low commitment, easy to pick up and put down.

i played this game a lot in college, mostly for the insanely good ost, and let me be honest it's worth playing even just for that. but the gameplay is also supa fun albeit repetitive but in a nice, relaxing way not a bad way. if you like dress-up games and being able to customize everything then you will love this.
