Unironically kino, you get a lot of offensive and movement-based techs that feel really good to master. Don't mind the rabbids, but i wish Mario and co. had more stage presence in the cutscenes.

Weaker than Curious Village, but still good. It starts strong, ends strong, but unfortunately tires out for most of the middle.

You can still feel remnants of the Master System original's obtuse design but it's otherwise amazing in every way. A well-rounded, wholly-satisfying adventure with some of the best 2D art of this console gen.

yknow this could be a good mario party alternative if it weren't so slow

ironic

Think LttP with summons instead of dungeon items and more beat-em-up-styled combat. There's little to no worldbuilding and story here but its unique gimmicks are strong enough to make up for it.

Cool eurodance music, but the rest is a middling experience. Your ship's too big, bullet patterns are too unpredictable, and there's very little aesthetic flair or variety. I'd compliment the weapon mixing options, but you're not allowed to change your loadout once the game starts, so you can get stuck with a useless shot combination for several stages.
