The Switch is the fully realized vision of Nintendo's console dogma, while it's era is not over it has managed to rise up from the Wii and WiiU era and deliver some of the top entries in Nintendo's most popular franchises. It's biggest drawback is no virtual console as it's predecessors contained, but the immense range of games available on this console and being able to be enjoyed anywhere on the go is an incredible achievement in gaming. My top 10 list focuses primarily on games designed specifically for Switch and not so much on ports or multiplat games although some indie games manage to feel perfectly at home on the Switch even though they may be offered on multiple platforms. There are a lot of first party Switch games I have still yet to play but I can't deny those that I have experienced have all been extremely quality.
