It's crazy how much fun this game is. As a child, I would look forward to playing this game every single day and anticipate the next setting this galactic journey would take me on next.
Navigating its intuitive level design and experiencing the limitless gameplay mechanics offered was something I thought I'd never experience again until the release of Super Mario Odyssey.
Every single corner of this game has been crafted with love and care. The music, animations, presentation, graphics and gameplay all merge together to create the ultimate platforming theme park.
Super Mario Galaxy 2 is the pinnacle of pure fun and succeeds its predecessor in every category.

Combat always manages to freshen itself up with minor additions, even after 100 hours into its run. UI animation and navigation is top notch here. The music is absolutely amazing, and are catchy jams. Every aspect of this game feeds into its tone as well as its atmosphere, and vice versa, ultimately setting this JRPG apart very well from other large titles. The only faults I can find with the game however, seem to come from poor design on its pacing between the palace infiltrations and the daily life loop, along with the flat villains for the most part. Despite these flaws (and some minor gripes), Persona 5 Royal still displays a magnificent ride from start to finish, with every part of the game oozing with personality. You can tell the developers really wanted to craft the ultimate experience of cool, heart-stealing youth and adventure in every corner of the game.
