Thans for Endless Ocean and Ninja Gaiden! I have done the same for a few games but nowhere near the same amount as you: Tactics Ogre (it eventually got changed for a better one but at least it was still original artwork, not the PSP cover), Beautiful Katamari, Gunvalkyrie and the Otogi games. I added the Klonoa 2 background image as well.

I also tried to change ICO to the EU/JP cover but that didn't work because of the guidelines lmao so I just rated the PS3 remaster.

@mutmuyu those are good ones!! thanks especially for gunvalkyrie since i just added that to my journal this past week. it's a shame how restrictive they are about the jp covers. I've snuck them in here and there (magic pengel for example) but they can be really picky. i really wish they would provide slots for both western and eastern covers, then on backloggd's end you could just choose whether you'd like to default to western or eastern covers across the board and it'll pull the right covers per user. would make everyone happy (though i doubt igdb cares much about the whims of backloggd users)

I don't suppose you can make Warhammer 40k Battlesectors art better....like changing it completely? The art here is awful yet it has some great covers :/

Thank you for work. I tried adding Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters' Steam covers but they declined it because titles in these covers don't include the subtitle "pixel remaster". Even though their Steam pages don't include them too and they're official covers :/

@Ayberk I'm glad to do it! igdb is unfortunately sort of strict about that kind of thing... resubmissions can make a difference though if you get a sympathetic mod

@Angel_Arle no problem! a lot of it stems from me being sort of picky about how my journal on here looks, so I'm glad it's helping other people too!
