Bravely Default is one of my favourite games of all time, but this entry really disappointed me. While I already had some problems with Bravely Second, the beautiful new locations and great new jobs kept me invested. Bravely Default 2 feels to me like it kept Bravely Second's weaknesses (weak party dynamic, predictable story) but also forgot its few strengths (art direction, great new jobs, interesting side stories). I don't care for the characters or the story, I hate how the game looks and the jobs seem fine to me but are not enough to keep me engaged. I waited so long for a new Bravely game and I'm very sad about the direction this series is taking.
