LEAST FAVOURITE GAME OF ALL TIME: Xenoblade Chronicles 2
I don't think I'll ever find another game that I take as much personal offense to as this one. Just thinking about it makes my blood boil and steam come out of my ears. Never can I say I loved the first Xenoblade without drawing some ire and suspicion now that this game and the legacy its paving exist. Everything I love gets co-opted and ruined by horny weebs sooner or later.

LEAST FAVOURITE SERIES: Hashino-era Persona
Persona didn't deserve this... It could have been something to stand head-and-toe with Shin Megami Tensei, but now it's once again be co-opted by horny weebs with no sense of taste and is far more widespread than SMT while being far, far worse.

LEAST FAVOURITE SOUNDTRACK: Astral Chain
Has all the hallmarks of a soundtrack I would at least consider a guilty pleasure, but it just bored me to tears. Out of all the Platinum soul that was sucked away from this game, the soundtrack took the biggest blow of all.

LEAST FAVOURITE PROTAGONIST: Alex Eggleston
This is a weird one, because Alex is pretty obviously meant to be hated. He's a self-centred, eggheaded, egotistical prick who everyone around him can't stand, only making the fact that someone like him would be the centre of all things sting as a reveal so much more. The amount I hate him is purposeful, but god damn do I hate him.
Just to note, I would have but Rex from XC2 here instead but I don't wanna double dip

Ohhhh my god I was so sick and tired of this guy. He talks just like the Angels of previous Bayonetta game, but without any of the bravado, and none of the humour coming from Bayonetta's jabs. Why is she taking him seriously? Why is anyone taking him seriously?

YOU DIDN'T GET INTO BUT EVERYONE GETS INTO: Monster Hunter Rise
Since these can't really be swapped around that well, I'll just do a less extreme version of it. I wish I could get into Monster Hunter!! It's fun during the times when I start out, but the grind just gets to be too much and I always feel like I'm letting down the friends I play with. Just gives me too many bad vibes to stick with for very long, even if I gave it a lot of chances to get its hooks in me.

LEAST FAVOURITE ART STYLE: Fable II
This is definitely the best example of that general gross look of overly hazy, grey Xbox 360 games that try really hard to pull off realism but can't quite do it. Comes with really gross UI/UX as well!

LEAST FAVOURITE ENDING:
I'm counting everything from That Scene In Chapter 6 onwards as "the ending", because it's where the game goes from being pretty good to falling off a sheer cliff into one of the most infuriating pieces of writing I've seen in a game. At least Xenoblade 2 had the respect to lose me right away instead of getting my hopes up
