Definitely the best in the series. It really refined the B/D mechanic with the new character jobs and made it interesting. The overall theme of redemption was really good.

Easily the best game of the series. While the story had to wrap up suddenly, due to Xenosaga 2's lack of success, they did a good job working to close up as many loose ends as possible. Everything was way more refined in this game, and it was incredibly fun to play. Some story beats do get missed however, and are relegated to text in the database.

The game that saved Fire Emblem, and rightly so. It was a fantastic game. The gameplay was much tighter, it was much more accessible, and the story was very interesting.

Honestly, it was going to be hard to top Awakening, but they kinda tried too hard here. Breaking the story into 3 separate games was a bad move, and it kinda abused the good will that was built up with Awakening. Good characters and use of the Japanese setting, but really didn't go anywhere story-wise.

It's an okay game, but the game is way too open for what it needs to be. The story goes somewhere after a certain point and becomes very linear afterwards (though you can return to earlier parts of the game at a certain point).

It's a decent game, but the junction system is maddening, because drawing is so random, and you need to horde a bunch of spells to make a stat good. The GF abilities were cool, but sometimes took forever to level up.

Took an already great game, and made it better.

The best classic turn-based Final Fantasy experience in my opinion.

Honestly an underrated gem. A survival horror RPG, and great levels of customization for party members. Definitely deserves a remaster or port of some kind. For its time, Koudelka was extremely innovative and unique!

The gameplay was extremely generic, and the campaign was over in a few short hours.

This game remains a classic to this day.
