It's just worth coming back to the original, after all that's happened.

Perfect game to drive you insane while looking for the last bullet casing on the floor, or faintly visible bloody footprint under foliage.

Completely irredeemable game in every regard. The performance is terrible, the controls are unusable, the player character isn't Doomguy, the story is nonexistent, and you can't even rip and tear enemies with your hands.

Bought it for the soundtrack by MBR, which is worth the entire price by itself. The game is a bonus, a bit like troll difficulty point-and-click games on Newgrounds.

Absolutely bananas how this game came out in 2016, as one of the first VR games to ever exist. It feels as polished as most 2020 or later games. There's a devlog on https://www.tumblr.com/iexpectyoutodie, which shows bits and pieces of testing done to make sure the game plays as well as it does.

It's like osu! but with cookies, and a stock market for some reason.

I enjoy dying and being dead: 2

I love the Mechanicus in general and the soundtrack, but sadly didn't really get into the game. Top-down strategy might just not be my thing.

I really want to like this game more! If it had the same modding support as Beat Saber with a wider range of music, I would've played it just as much.

Used to play this on mobile, post-pandemic it somehow doesn't feel as fun as it used to.

Far more than just a hat simulator.

I first played this game at Insomnia LAN in 2018, which instantly convinced me to get into VR. Still yet to beat Ghost on Expert+, one day...

amogus
(Memes aside, the game quality depends highly on the other people in the lobby, which... varies wildly.)
