I haven't played a lot of games with party members, but these are my favourites.

A true friend. I also love setting up doppelganger and doing shit tons damage. He was a mainstay on my party with Hero, Jade, and Serena.
Veronica and Serena
Kind of a package deal here. It's not like they aren't good without each other, they are, but both of them boost each other so high. Veronica's and Serena's story moments are oh so fucking good. Serena's gameplay in the second act goes fucking BONKERS.
