Didn't click for me. I prefer AOE 2 or AOE 4 or BAR.

Enjoying it so far. The setting feels authentic, the story is good and has some funny parts. Curious to see where it goes.

Seems very well made! Not sure I'll find the patietience in me to learn it, though.

The story is good and the open world is amazingly detailed.

However, after playing BOTW the open world feels like window dressing. It's just where you go from one mission to the next. It's what happens when you put a linear story in an open world game.

I also have issues with the game looking very blurry on PS5 (and I imagine all the other consoles, too).

This game is so far up its own ass it cant even see daylight

Couldnt get invested in the story at all. It’s one of those so meta that you just can‘t care.
But I don’t like looter shooters so take it with a pile of salt.

Love lord of the rings but don't get this game at all.
Can you just spam square (PS) infinitely and win every fight?
Also the menu and UI is such a mess. Really don't understand what is going on.

Love the proximity chat, love the concept.
Looks kinda rough though and could use more variety.

Idk, while the tech is super cool, the game itself was entertaining for 30 minutes...

This is a more open, more complex Civ.
It's a fun sandbox to explore, and it's well made.
Sometimes I wish the choices felt more meaningful, though, no so many percantage-based little buffs and interactions.

Never clicked for me. The world doesn't take itself serious at all. The UI is pretty bad for a mouse+keyboard. Couldn't get into it.

Did not call to me after trying it.

Real time Battle Brothers was my first impression after trying it on Game Pass. Might be worth exploring more.
