God of War is a really solid and fun game, but I feel the combat can feel a bit jank at times, in addition, I didn't feel compelled to do any side content, as it seemed tacked on. however, the story was easily the best part. The music easily enhanced the Atmosphere as well and the visuals are still quite breathtaking.

Simply a marked improvement to the previous game in every possible way. the combat feels much more rewarding and satisfying to nail down, the music was amped up to eleven, the visuals while only a marginal improvement, show how incredible the detail and art direction was back then and stands up well now. The best part was again, the story, it was so engaging, heart wrenching and emotional, I stood up all night on two occasions playing the game to see where the story went. I'm going to easily come back to this from time to time in order to obtain the platinum trophy.

To keep it short, this is quite literally the best video game I've ever played. Everything from how impressively well it runs on switch, to the engaging, fun combat, lovable characters, amazing story, beautiful music that stays in your head and enhances the atmosphere of every cutscene. SO IF YOU'RE NOT A FAN OF THE WORDS "PEAK FICTION", "GOAT", "RAW", "FIRE", STOP READING NOW IDK WHAT TO TELL YOU.

Overall, I found the game enjoyable, but there were some snags. The story was... fine. I liked the characters and found them the reason I watched the cutscenes through, it all felt unfocused and inconsistent. The visuals were very nice and colorful, however you can still see the roots of it being a Sonic fan game. Combat also felt button mashy and many of my wins in the late game felt like luck. But it still comes with a high recommendation.

The best Sonic game since Sonic Generations, and this is coming from someone who enjoyed Lost World. The music is stellar, the visuals look really nice outside of the pop-in, the game controls very well too. Although there are some snags. Such as the physics in Cyberspace levels being garbage, hated them. but overall, a HUGE step in the right direction, and a promising look into the future of Sonic.

First off, this is the best pokemon game I've played in a LONG time. It's designed so well, the game was challenging and fun the whole way through, and while my opinions on the new Pokemon are mixed, it doesn't change how great the game at its core is. HOWEVER. The technical issues are making me dock points.

Me personally, I didn't like this game all that much. The story was... fine, I didn't care for anyone besides Melia honestly. The sidequests all kind of sucked. The combat, is confusing and I never understood how people liked it. It feels clunky and boring a lot of the time. And when it's not boring, it's infuriating because I'm wondering what I did wrong. Exploring the world by itself though is one of those simple pleasures, the game looks nice on switch, the music rocks my socks off, and the voice acting is superb. It's one of those games I don't like, but if you like it, love it even, then I'm glad you do.

An incredible improvement over the first game in just about every regard. The visuals, level design, boss fights, and ESPECIALLY the story. I genuinely found the story incredibly engaging, and I was invested in the characters, even the antagonists like Merga. I can't wait to take some time to play as the other characters like MIlla or Carol. My main complaint was some of the levels went on a bit too long, and there were two I didn't like, such as the secret final level, but that's two meh levels out of a sea of bangers. This game gets a high recommendation.

Pretty damn great game. It definitely feels like a PSP game with how it's structured, and many optional missions you get later in the game are repetitive and feel like slug fests to see who gets one shot first. But other than that, I had a good time!

I just.. didn't jive with this game. I hate how most bosses seem to be designed, and maybe it's just me not liking open world games much, but i just didn't like playing this game too much.

It was alright. just kinda felt jank and like a first attempt at a full game outside of the fangames this developer has made. But overall it's fine enough. Worth a play.

I fucking ADORED this game. Playing this game there was not a single moment I wasn’t having fun. The story is nowhere near the level of stuff like Path of Radiance or other better JRPG stories in terms of quality, but it’s an anniversary game, so I’m okay with it being some self aware anime bullshit, hell I relish in that kind of storytelling as a kingdom hearts fan. There’s only a few duds in terms of map design, the game is just straight up tons of fun and I recommend it to anybody.

This was so much better than I thought it’d be. The music slaps, the characters and story, while simple, are effective and very endearing (Korsica my beloved). I may not be very good at this game, but I had an amazing time playing it.

This is one of the most unhinged gaming experiences I’ve ever had. I will never mentally recover. I loved it.
