All the charm and strangeness of the original with better graphics, controls, combat and understanding of mental health. Obscenely fun and a brilliant story which ties the world together. A masterful sequel
The best zelda games are the ones that try something radically new, even if it doesn't quite perfect the formula. Skyward Sword is like your third child who by all accounts is solid, but the novelty has sort of worn off by that point
So extremely tight as a puzzle game that it's hard to find fault with anything. No one can complete it all alone and everyone can contribute to the solutions! Close to perfect
Slightly too easy to brute force, but you could criticise Obra Dinn for this too. Had me audibly saying 'a-ha' to myself like I was also an 18th Century scientist
A Frakenstein mish-mash of uneven voice acting, levels of variable completion and harrowing story beats. But also like Frankenstein, it forces us to look at ourselves in the face of monstrosity and hatred.
