In terms of level design, it's about as good as Sonic 3 and Mania, but aesthetically it reuses a lot of classic level themes on top of just feeling a lot more cutesy than I want out of Sonic game. Sonic games need to be edgy!

At first I thought this game was pretty cool... and then I played Chibi Robo Park Patrol and realized that that game covered all the themes of SJ in a far more interesting manner with more unique gameplay and only taking 10 hours to finish as opposed to SJ's 50 hours

If this game was only focused on Shinada, this would be the best game in the series... unfortunately, it isn't, and Shinada can only carry a game so far

it's a neat game, don't really have much else to say other than that it looks super cool visually

This game butchered Travis' character in a way that made him go from someone who I hung on every word he said in the first game to a guy I repeatedly wanted to punch in the face everytime he opened his mouth. Thank god for TSA and NMH3 redeeming his character because my god does this game just DESTROY it

Probably the 2nd most I've ever been disappointed by a sequel to a game I like.

This game has effected me more than any other piece of media in my entire life. There's no other piece of art I think about more than this game and there's no other character I think about nearly as often as Sumio Mondo. This is a game that you will hate the first time you finish it, but it will stick in your mind, until, months later, you find that you won't be able to stop the thinking about Sumio's hellish vacation in Paradise.

idk, I liked it, though I enjoyed SH1 more
