More theme park than rpg but still a pretty fun game

Kind of a weird game, honestly. A little too short, some mechanics aren't sufficiently explored, the controls can be a little wonky, the levels and the music vary wildly in quality.

That being said, it's still a pretty fun and enjoyable game overall.

This game has been in game design limbo ever since launch. The devs obviously don't know what they want from it. It's February 28th 2021 as I'm writing this review and I haven't played this game in almost 2 years; would you believe me when I say that I cannot actually guarantee that the experience I'm reviewing right now is representative at all of the current game?

Anyways, I enjoyed my time with it, I have like 90 hours played on Steam. It's a shame that I can't actually recommend it, not the current version and not the old version since it presumably doesn't exist anymore. And even then I don't even know if there are any players left to play with.

Maybe play Town of Salem instead.

I adore this game but I also wish I could surgically remove the main plot from it

If you like Epic Movie, Scary Movie or Channel Awesome movies, this game is for you

The tragic thing about this game is that the ending is so unbelievably bad that it makes people think that the rest of the game is good

The best written KH game for sure. I still prefer KH2's more action focused combat but BBS's loadout customization and character building are great and unique to the series; I wish they'd come back in a future KH game.

The campaign is kind of ok, playing online custom maps with friends at 2 AM is where this game shines

Just as boring and stupid as the first one but this time there's no visually impressive New York City urban labyrinth to go through

There's a reason why there is no cheap "What Kentucky Route Zero is actually about" or "Kentucky Route Zero's ending explained" video anywhere on the internet. And that's because your experience with this game will be 100% yours and nobody else's, so stop reading these damned reviews and play the game.

Please ignore every review that recommends the Restored Content Mod. The restored content is garbage and only makes the game worse.

The best Dragon Age game for sure

Really bad single player MMO world design. There are a a lot of cool things about it but you have to dig through a mountain of manure to get to them. It honestly could've been better than Origins if it focused on polishing up the good 20 hours of content instead of padding the hell out of it
