I honestly don't know what to think of this game, it's as if I really like it and really dislike it at the same time, the gameplay is a janky mess and incredibly in-depth at the same time, the plot is a generic mess with really cool ideas infodumped at the end but it's also kinda like a simple but effective classical tragedy.
In other words, this game is kino

I found the game to not be as fun and kinda more repetitive than the first one (although the final and only boss was pretty good), but it's still a really nice game

I had played this game 8 years ago, found it extremely weird and didn't understand shit, now I'm almost 23 years old and coupled with the current socio-political climate... well this game hit HARD, it really was way ahead of its time, Kojima really did cook a masterpiece with SoL and I'm glad people are starting to discover how good it always has been.

The most rushed final act in gaming history, someone teach David Cage how to write

Silent Hill 2 space lesbians edition, featuring classical music, lovecraftian horrors and unadulterated depression

I'm a massive furry and I'm a massive gay, thouroughly enjoyed it

The game had some GLARING flaws in both story and gameplay (the grinding, the not so clear sidequest and endgame, the balancing being all over the place and the protagonists not interacting much) but was overall a nice experience

God tier game, god tier roleplaying

Absolute masterpiece, shame the dev killed himself in 2018

you can steamroll the entire game if you hard farm for the first 2 hours of the game (using emulator speedup), also the bosses don't have protection against instant death spells, moral of the story, why all the trap rooms?

insanely mid-tier game, FFV is better in every way possible

Good game, completely jumps the shark in the final act unfortunately

Just imagine if Scorn was an actually good game
