VERY underrated rougelike, like, literally never heard of this before I saw it

love the puzzles, the characters felt human and were fun. underrated masterpiece!

was looking forward to this after hearing everyone and their mother call this the best game EVER, but I guess it's just not for me

playing this on the couch with friends made this more fun than it actually was. we enjoyed killing off the characters we didnt like lol

I used to always think "wow, this game looks amazing! why dont people talk about this more often?" then I played it

jokes aside, i MIGHt give it another chance in the future, but unlikely

when the yakuza 4 went "WE ARE THE YAKUZA 4!" forced daigo to be a "villain" LUL im just gonna pretend that didnt happen. AKIYAMA IS THE BEST

got bored and never finished, i think i just got overwhelmed with planning the marriages and forcing myself to play around the relationships. it was fun at first though

I ACTUALLY NEVER FINISHED THIS BECAUSE I WAS SCARED OF THE HORROR STUFF AT THE END, WHICH OF COURSE CONTINUED TO UC2 AND 3

SOPHIA AND ZENKICHI ARE TOP-TIER SPINOFF CHARACTERS. THIS GAME WAS MAD FUN

ended up watching a playthough instead lol, idk what it was, maybe the pacing? wrote before 2006, so it was understandable but I just couldn't blitz through it like I usually do

the grand ending! the set pieces were amazing, dialogue was fun as always
